    摘要: During the assembly of a small motor, insulation is installed on the outer surface of a magnetic pole. An armature coil is wound so that the wire does not touch the corners of the magnetic pole. The wound coil does not loosen and sufficient insulation for the armature coil and magnetic pole gap can be secured when the assembly is completed. This allows as much ampere turn of the armature coil as possible to be obtained. Moreover, the thickness of the motor can be made flatter resulting in easier assembly of the flat motor's stator.

    摘要: A color image recognition apparatus capable of judging whether an original is monochromatic or color comprises an image reader for rapidly scanning the original to develop image data and a color display coordinate system for converting the image data to luminance data and color difference data. A pixel color judging unit judges the color of each pixel based upon the luminance data and the color difference data, and a block color judging unit compares the number of color pixels with the number of black pixels contained in each of the plurality of blocks of pixels. An original color judging unit then counts the number of color blocks in the original to judge the color of the original.

    摘要: A brushless DC motor is provided and includes: a stator assembly; a rotor assembly including a sleeve; a case assembly; and a circuit board assembly which has an electronic component mounted thereon. The case assembly is provided with an opening, the electronic component passes through the opening so as to protrude inside the case assembly, and a groove is formed at an axial end of the sleeve of the rotor assembly in order to prevent the electronic component from making contact with any part of the rotor assembly. Thus, the axial dimension of the brushless DC motor that includes the electronic component disposed to protrude inside the case assembly can be successfully reduced in such a manner that the electronic component is accommodated within the groove. Further, no electronic component is disposed around the outer circumference of the stator assembly and therefore the radial dimension also can be kept small.

    摘要: A brushless DC motor provided with nine slots and eight poles includes a stator including a stator core having pole teeth on the outer circumference thereof and a coil wound around each pole tooth; a rotor disposed at an outside position of the outer circumference of the stator via a gap and having a multiply magnetized permanent magnet with plural magnetic poles; a pole tooth surface formed at a portion of the pole tooth and facing an inner circumference of the rotor; a recessed portion formed on the pole tooth surface; and a slot formed between the adjacent pole teeth and extending a first angular range around a rotational center of the rotor; in which the recessed portion extends in a second angular range around the rotational center of the rotor, the second angular range is 1.2 to 3.0 times the first angular range, the recessed portion has a radial depth which is 0.5% or more of an inner diameter of the permanent magnet, the pole tooth extends in a third angular range around a rotational center of the rotor, and the third angular range is 0.58 to 0.8 times a value which is obtained by dividing 360 degrees by the number of magnetic poles of the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A stepping motor includes: a cylindrical rotor assembly disposed around the rotation axis; a stator assembly including two stator units disposed around the rotor assembly and axially coupled to each other; and a terminal structure disposed at the axial center of the outer circumference of the stator assembly. The terminal structure includes: a terminal block cluster composed of four terminal blocks; and four terminals fixed respectively to the four terminal blocks. The four terminals each include: an internal connection portion to which one of two wire ends of the winding is connected; and an external connection portion which is disposed substantially parallel to the internal connection portion and which is connected to a driving circuit disposed externally. The four terminals are arranged in a line along a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation axis, and the internal connection portion and the external connection portion are aligned along the rotation axis.
