    摘要: A stopper support member 12 has a rectangular plate 15 provided with a circular through hole 16 for a cylinder 7 of a fluid controller body 2 to be fittingly inserted therethrough, a downward projection 17 provided at lengthwise one end of the rectangular plate 15 and held in contact with one side wall of a rectangular parallelepipedal portion 4 of the controller body 2, and an extension 15a extending outward from the plate 15 beyond the parallelepipedal portion 4. A stopper 13 in the form of a vertical plate is upwardly or downwardly movably inserted through a hole 18 formed in the extension 15a of the support member 12. The stopper 13 has a contact portion 19 movable into contact with the knob 3a of the handle 3 from outside widthwise of the knob when the stopper is in a locking position and a lock attaching portion 20 positioned above the support member 12 when the stopper is in the locking position.

    摘要: A connecting layer for interconnecting fluid control devices in series and in parallel comprises an upper connecting layer 4 and a lower connecting layer 5. The upper connecting layer 4 is provided by parallel rows each comprising block couplings 41, 42, 43, 44 arranged longitudinally of the apparatus, each of the block couplings having a longitudinal channel 61 for interconnecting the adjacent fluid control devices in the row and a through channel 62 communicating with the fluid control device. The lower connecting layer 5 is provided by block coupling 56, 57, 58 each having a lateral channel 64 for interconnecting the through channels 62 of the block couplings 41, 42, 43, 44 of the upper connecting layer 4 which are arranged laterally and by block couplings 51 each adapted to cause the through channel 62 of the block coupling 41, 43, 44 of the upper connecting layer 4 to communicate with an inlet-side or outlet-side coupling 52, 53.     摘要: There is provided a fluid control apparatus which enables reducing widths of lines for further reducing space occupied by the apparatus. Support flow-channel blocks 9 and 10 are constituted by large block portions 25 and 27 which have openings of fluid flow channels 9a and 10a abutted against openings of fluid flow channels 11c and 11d in extended flow-channel blocks 11a and 11b with seal portions 20 interposed therebetween and, also, are abutted against lower surfaces of the extended flow-channel blocks 11a and 11b, and small block portions 26 and 28 which have lower surfaces flushed with the large block portions 25 and 27 and have heights smaller than those of the large block portions. The small block portions 26 and 28 are provided with male-screw-members insertion holes 26a and 28a for mounting the support flow-channel blocks 9 and 10 to a base member 30.
