    摘要: A steel having few alumina clusters prepared by casting liquid steel deoxidized with Al, with the addition of one or more rare-earth metals (REM) selected from the group of Ce, La, Pr and Nd in which: (a) The REM-oxide-content in oxide-based inclusions consisting mainly of alumina and REM-oxides is 0.5 to 15 mass % of said oxide-based inclusions, or (b) The mass ratio of total REM to total oxygen (T.O.), REM/T.O., in liquid steel is not less than 0.05 and not more than 0.5, in addition to (a), or (c) The total REM-content is not less than 0.1 ppm and less than 10 ppm and the dissolved-REM-content is less than 1 ppm.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus which enables easy management of proofs in a printing process. An image forming apparatus 299 is provided with a reader unit 50, a transfer charger 220, color sensors 274-1 to 274-4, a printer controlling unit 21. The reader unit 50 inputs image data for forming an image on a sheet having an RFID tag 701. The transfer charger 220 generates a transfer image for forming the image on the sheet based on the inputted image data. The color sensors 274-1 to 274-4 measure image formation conditions of the transfer image. The printer controlling unit 21 writes the measured image formation conditions into the RFID tag 701.

    摘要: By rotating a first and a second screw axle, developer is repeatedly cyclically carried from a first developer path, via an opening portion, a second developer path and an opening to return to the first developer path. While being recirculated and carried, the developer is stuck to an external peripheral face of a development roller, and is carried to a development region between the development roller and a photosensitive drum, wherein an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive drum is developed by the toner. Furthermore, a first cut-out portion is formed on the first screw axle, and a second and third cut-out portions are formed on the third screw axle, and thus by allowing the developer to back flow from the recycle transport path to the toner supply path, the developer can mix with the toner in the toner supply path, and it is possible to prevent solidification of the toner in the toner supply path.

The first and second detection units are located such that an interval between respective positions at which the first and second detection units detect the mark is an integral multiple of a perimeter of the drive roller.

Before the sheet reaches the sheet conveying roller portions, the sheet conveying roller portions are shifted based on the amount of displacement detected by the displacement-amount detector from a conveyance-reference position in a direction in which the sheet is displaced. After the sheet reaches the sheet conveying roller portions, the sheet conveying roller portions are shifted while pinching the sheet so as to reduce the amount of displacement.

    摘要: In a key cylinder a stopper plate is pressed into an imposing hole of a rotor, latching to a body and also intruding into engagement grooves of a second sleeve. When an authentic key is inserted into the rotor and rotated, a first sleeve is not rotated, and a second sleeve is rotated through the stopper plate. When a false key is inserted into the rotor the first sleeve rotates and the second sleeve is slid to the rear by slide bars, therefore the stopper plate separates from the engagement grooves, and the second sleeve is not rotated. The stopper plate has the function of being able to stop the movement of the rotor in the forward-rearward direction, and also the function of making the second sleeve rotatable by the rotation of the rotor, and so the construction of the key cylinder is simplified.

A sampling timing controller samples an image signal at a predetermined sampling rate and computes a position of a predetermined pattern contained within the sampled image signal. A speed computation processor computes a moving speed of either the transfer material carrier or the transfer material, based on the position of the predetermined pattern thus sampled at the predetermined sampling rate and computed, as well as the predetermined sampling rate. The image region that the CMOS sensor scans is determined in accordance with the rotational speed of the drive motor and the sampling rate.
