    摘要: Each of a plurality of D/A conversion circuits DA1˜DA4 is constituted by a plurality of switching thin film transistors (TFTs), each having substantially the same ON resistance, and a control circuit performing ON and OFF control of the switching TFTs in such a manner that, during a D/A conversion operation a predetermined same plural number of switching TFTs are turned ON for any digital input signal representing gradations to be displayed, thereby, the output resistance of each of the D/A conversion circuits is kept substantially constant. Accordingly, multi-gradation and high resolution of a liquid display device are easily achieved and the image quality thereof is improved.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display has pixels in domains surrounded by data signal lines and scanning signal lines. Each of the pixels has a voltage holding device for a positive polarity and a voltage holding device for a negative polarity, two lines of voltage holding interconnections which always apply a maximum voltage and a minimum voltage of a voltage applied to the data signal lines formed for holding the voltage, and a switching device for switching between outputs from the voltage holding devices. One time or more within one frame time period thereof, the switching is performed between the voltage holding device for a positive polarity and the voltage holding device for a negative polarity.

By mixing a cellulose triacetate and a cellulose diacetate at an appropriate ratio, crystallization or orientational crystallization of each component due to a high pressure stream sterilization can be avoided and a cellulose acetate membrane with improved water permeability and sieving coefficient of myoglobin after a high pressure steam sterilization can be obtained.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a complementary transistor circuit and an amplifier using it, and, in particular, to a video amplifier for amplifying video signals and a high-definition CRT display device. In amplifying inputted video signals by using a multiplexer, a gain controller and a current mirror amplifier, each element circuit is formed by using complementary transistor circuits. Circuit simplification is thus attained. In addition, higher precision and band broadening has been realized owing to adoption of a current operation. Further, the present invention makes it possible to eliminate direct feedback from the high voltage output completely by providing a low-voltage output circuit for feedback having a similar relationship with respect to the high-voltage video output stage of the video amplifier, thereby performing negative feedback via a sample-and-hold circuit. This also serves to broaden the bandwidth and reduce power dissipation.
