    摘要: A heat dissipation device includes a retention module, a heat sink, a locking plate and a clip rotatably connecting with the retention module. The retention module includes an opening in a center thereof. The heat sink includes a heat conducting body and plurality of fins radially extending from the heat conducting body. The heat conducting body has a bottom portion received in the opening of the retention module. The locking plate engages with the bottom portion of the heat conducting body of the heat sink. The locking plate has a first portion abutting a bottom of the retention module, and a second portion opposite to the first portion. The second portion is pressed by a pressing portion of the clip when the heat dissipation device is at a locked position.

    摘要: A method for producing the high-value ketocarotenoid astaxanthin by the green microalga Chlorella zofingiensis in dark-heterotrophic cultures shows excellent growth and high-yield astaxanthin production on glucose-supplemented media in the dark. The specific growth rate and astaxanthin yield can be as high as 0.031 h−1, and 10.3 mg l−1, respectively, which are the highest so far reported in heterotrophic algal cultures. The light-independent astaxanthin-producing ability of Chlorella zofingiensis can be employed for commercial production of astaxanthin using industrial fermenters.

    摘要: A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) error suppression arrangement suppresses DAC error arising from mismatched elements contained in a DAC (640 and/or 645) that is part of a modulator (FIG. 6). A low pass averaging (LPA) index decoder 650 controls a shifting arrangement 635 to shift a digital word T2 derived from modulator output Y so that the DAC error distribution constitutes a low pass profile (FIG. 5). Thus, DAC error is suppressed at higher frequencies (close to half the sampling rate), thereby providing improved spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). The LPA index decoder 650 causes the shifting arrangement 635 to shift the digital word T2 using only a single pointer per clock cycle.
