摘要: A system includes one or more devices that include a memory to store instructions and one or more processors to execute the instructions. The devices include an updated network function (NF) service producer that includes a recent update, wherein the NF service producer is configured to register at a Network Repository Function (NRF) using a Network Function profile (NF profile), wherein the NF profile indicates a Network Function type (NF type) and Application Programming Interface versions. The devices further include a network function (NF) service consumer configured to: receive a message from a network component; determine to engage a service of a NF service producer of the NF type based on the message; and send a discovery request to the NRF in response to the message, wherein the message includes search criteria that specify a version field extended with an operator dependent version field.

摘要: A method, a device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are described in which a traffic flow control service is provided. The traffic flow control service provides that a wireless station of a wireless access network stores radio coverage information relating to communication links established with end devices. During various network procedures that establish or migrate a traffic flow session with an end device, the wireless station receives a profile from a policy control device. The profile includes radio coverage information and traffic flow parameters and values that correlate to the radio coverage information. The wireless station compares the stored radio coverage information with the radio coverage information in the profile, and selects the best match. The wireless station uses the traffic flow parameters and values to enforce a traffic flow relating to the end device.

摘要: A method may include identifying service requirements associated with a network service, identifying at least one analytics component to monitor the network service and identifying network functions to implement the network service. The method may also include deploying the network functions to monitor the network service, deploying the at least one analytics component and obtaining data associated with monitoring the network service. The method may further include forwarding, by the network functions, the data to the at least one analytics component and determining, by the least one analytics component, whether to take a control action with respect to the network service.

摘要: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium provide for provisioning network resources of multi-access edge computing (MEC) networks in support of an application service session for an end device; assigning an IP address to the end device for use in a first coverage area served by a first MEC network of the MEC networks; receiving, by a first application function (AF) device at the first MEC network, a session mobility notification for the end device with respect to the first coverage area and a second coverage area served by a second MEC network of the MEC networks; setting, responsive to the session mobility notification, an allotted time for relocating the application service session from the first MEC network to the second MEC network; and transferring, during the allotted time, application context corresponding to the relocated application service session to a second AF device at the second MEC network.

摘要: Systems and methods implement closed loop analytics feedback for a transport network. A network device, such as a Network Data Analytics Function (NWDAF), receives, from a commissioning network function, an analytic information request for analytic event information and sends, to the commissioning network function, an analytic report that is responsive to the analytic information request wherein the analytic report includes a unique analytic report identifier. The network device receives, from the commissioning network function, a feedback event message that includes the analytic report identifier and a change description for a network parameter change influenced by the analytic report.

摘要: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an application-based access control service is provided. The service assigns network slice priority values to network slices that are associated with an application or a portion of an application pertaining to end devices. The service calculates a network slice priority value to manage access barring based on a congestion level, and transmits the network slice priority value to end devices. End devices may determine whether access is permitted or not based on the network slice priority value and the assigned network slice priority values associated with the network slices. The service further provides access barring information to network devices of an access network that allows the network devices to reject connection requests and release existing connections. The access barring information may include a network slice priority value and/or network slice identifiers.
