摘要: An ATM exchange having an ATM switch for switching a cell, which has arrived from a prescribed incoming line, to a prescribed outgoing line based upon a VPI/VCI contained in the header of the cell is provided with a call processor for executing call processing control, and with a traffic processor for collecting traffic data. The call processor executes call processing control based upon a connect/disconnect request, and the traffic processor collects traffic data (NDC data, PM data, billing data) in a subscriber line or traffic data in a transmission line. This makes it possible to collect and edit traffic data and billing data without burdening the call processor.

摘要: The invention provides a variable length frame exchanging method adapted to a fixed length cell handling exchange into which a terminal for use with a data communication method by a variable length frame is accommodated, a variable length frame exchanging interface apparatus and a call acceptance determination system, which are improved in that a variable length frame can be exchanged at a high speed in a fixed length cell handling exchange network and a terminal can be connected to and accommodated into the exchange in the same conditions as an existing service. The terminal is connected to the exchange by way of a subscriber line including a plurality of channels. A variable length frame from the terminal is disassembled into fixed length cells, and a use channel number or numbers and a DLCI of the subscriber line are converted into a VPI and a VCI. The VPI and the VCI are added to each of the fixed length cells, respectively, and the resulted fixed length cells are inputted to the exchange so that the frame is exchanged by the exchange.

摘要: A sheet transportation control apparatus comprising a sheet conveyor for sequentially fetching and conveying sheets, a detector for detecting a jam of sheets during conveyance, a speed switching circuit for switching conveying speed of the sheet conveyer between high and low speeds, and a conveying direction switching circuit for switching a conveying direction of the sheet conveyer between both forward and reverse directions. After the conveying direction switching circuit reversed the sheet conveyer for only a predetermined period of time in response to a detection of the jam by the detector, the sheet conveyer is again forwardly rotated, thereby automatically solving the jam of sheets.

摘要: A slip issuing device comprises a guide station, a first separating station, a cutting station, a printing station and a second separating station successibly along a conveying direction for a string of slips. The guide station allows a string of slips to travel along the conveying direction. The first separating station temporarily separates the string of slips into a string of receipts and a string of journals. The cutting station cuts a single receipt for one transaction from the string of receipts. The printing station prints predetermined transaction content on the slip. The second separating station separates the string of slips into the string of receipts and the string of journals when issuing the single receipt and allows the strings of receipts and journals to come together and travel to a take-up station when setting the string of slips.

摘要: A coating formed on a surface of an article, which is heated during use as typified by a cooking device, to accomplish catalytic oxidation decomposition of oil and grease spattered thereon. The coating is fundamentally a porous matrix layer of an inorganic binder having a matte surface and comprises, in the form of uniformly dispersed particles, an oxidation catalyst and a nondiscoloring material, for example a ferrite, which has the effect of concealing a change in color of the oxidation catalyst resulting from its catalytic action. Preferably the coating comprises additionally a solid acid catalyst such as a zeolite as a decomposition-inducing catalyst in order to acquire an improved catalytic self-cleaning ability at relatively low temperatures such as 200.degree.-300.degree. C.

摘要: In a pressure vessel (1) comprising a resin liner (2) provided with a tubular extension (22) defining a through hole therein for receiving and expelling the gas or liquid, a tubular member (100, 200, 300) fitted in the through hole of the tubular extension, a mouthpiece (4) threaded into the tubular extension, a fiber reinforced resin layer (3) placed around an outer surface of the resin liner, and a valve (60) fitted into the central bore of the tubular member, the valve include a section (62) having a smaller outer diameter than an opposing inner circumferential surface of the tubular member defining a gap between the valve and tubular member, and a resilient seal member (80) is placed in the gap. The tubular member is made of a material such as metallic material which is stiffer than the resin liner. Thereby, the resilient seal member is interposed between the tubular member and valve which are both highly stiff or free from deformation when the interior of the pressure vessel is placed under various pressure conditions so that the sealing performance of the resilient seal member can be ensured under all pressure conditions.
