摘要: A processing circuit, which carries out coincidence counting, acquires calibration data so that time delays of γ-ray detection signals from radiation detectors coincide with one another. A technique for acquiring calibration data faster and easily is provided to attain high time precision and respond to multi-channeling of detectors. A signal from a test signal generator is sent to signal processing apparatuses and coincidence count events are generated as a test. The events generated are processed by a delay time control apparatus and a variable delay circuit is controlled to improve the accuracy of coincidence counting.

摘要: An indoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus is provided, in which an air-conditioning condition changed based on a gesture corresponds to an air-conditioning condition displayed on a display device of a remote controller. With an indoor unit 100, when a user U1 performs a predetermined motion (S1-1), a controller 70 determines the motion of the user U1 (S1-2), recognizes that a gesture instruction condition is instructed (S1-3), controls a heat exchanger 4 and other devices based on the gesture instruction signal (S1-4), and causes the gesture instruction signal to be sent to a remote-controller communication device 85 (S1-5). When a remote controller 80 receives the gesture instruction signal (S1-6), the gesture instruction condition is displayed on a remote-controller display device 82 (S1-7), and buzzer sound (electronic beeper sound) is output from a remote-controller sound output device 83 (S1-8).

摘要: A chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method for depositing a thin film on a surface of a substrate is described. The CVD method comprises disposing a substrate on a substrate holder in a process chamber, and introducing a process gas to the process chamber, wherein the process gas comprises a chemical precursor. The process gas is exposed to a non-ionizing heat source separate from the substrate holder to cause decomposition of the chemical precursor. A thin film is deposited upon the substrate.

摘要: A delta-sigma A/D converter having plural input channels comprises a first quantizer which quantizes and outputs a received signal; a first D/A converter which converts an output signal of the first quantizer into an analog signal, and outputs the converted analog signal; a first operation unit which outputs a signal indicative of a difference of the first analog input signal and an output signal of the first D/A converter; a first integrator which integrates an output signal of the first operation unit and outputs the integrated signal; a first dither circuit which generates a first dither signal; and a second operation unit which adds the first dither signal to the output signal of the first integrator and outputs the added signal to the first quantizer.

摘要: In an infrared sensor 1 including a condenser lens 3 and a multi-element light-receiving unit 2 with a plurality of light-receiving elements 2a to 2h aligned therein on a straight line, a position of receiving an intensity distribution peak of infrared rays which have passed through the condenser lens 3 is deviated from the center position of the multi-element light-receiving unit 2 to a desired light-receiving element position. Especially when the infrared sensor 1 is included in an air conditioner, the position of receiving the intensity distribution peak of the infrared rays is set to the position of a light-receiving element used for detecting heat in a location far from the installment position of the air conditioner.

摘要: A resolver includes: a resolver rotor attached to a rotational shaft; an annular resolver stator that is provided on a radially outer side of the resolver rotor and that has a plurality of teeth each opposed, across a clearance, to an outer peripheral face of the resolver rotor and circumferentially arranged at given intervals; and a case member having a cylindrical fit portion to which an outer peripheral face of the resolver stator is fitted.
