    Abstract: A charge remaining in an electrostatic coater when power supply to the electrostatic coater is stopped is neutralized at an early stage.A rotary atomizing head 102 receives a high voltage of negative polarity from a cascade 104.     Abstract: A rotary atomizing head enables cleaning by decomposing from the atomizing head, and enables internal cleaning without decomposing to individual components when paint is changed to a new one of another color.     Abstract: A housing member includes a main housing body and an intermediate tube provided around the outer periphery of the main housing body.
