摘要: An expandable pipe for restoring a damaged pipe is provided. The expandable pipe includes a liner formed of thermoplastic polyurethane, and grout material applied to the exterior surface of the liner. The exterior surface includes a plurality of flared tips and grooves, and each groove is located between adjacent flared tips. The grout material is disposed on the flared tips and in the grooves of the liner. The method used to restore the damaged pipe includes clamping the liner with the grout material on a puller-sealer fixture having a U-shaped cross-section to prevent debris from entering the interior of the liner, and pulling the puller-sealer fixture and liner through the damaged pipe. The grout material expands in volume upon exposure to moisture, ultra violet radiation, heat, and/or ultrasonics, and fills cracks or other imperfections and voids along the interior surface of the conduit, caused by corrosion, erosion, or other circumstances.

摘要: An expandable sheath is disclosed herein, which has a first polymeric layer and a braided layer positioned radially outward of the first polymeric layer. The braided layer includes a plurality of filaments braided together. The expandable sheaths further include a resilient elastic layer positioned radially outward of the braided layer. The elastic layer is configured to apply radial force to the braided layer and the first polymeric layer. The expandable sheath further includes a second polymeric layer positioned radially outward of the elastic layer and bonded to the first polymeric layer such that the braided layer and the elastic layer are encapsulated between the first and second polymeric layers. Methods of making and using the devices disclosed herein are also disclosed, as are crimping devices that may be used in methods of making the devices disclosed herein.

摘要: Disclosed herein are expandable introducer sheaths and methods of making and using the same. The sheaths minimize trauma to a patient's vasculature by allowing for temporary expansion of a portion of the sheath to accommodate passage of a delivery system for an implant, then return to a non-expanded state after the passage of the device. The sheath includes a foldable inner member having a detached flap structure at its distal tip that facilitates expansion of the sheath lumen to increased diameters, and an elastomeric distal end that reduces push and retrieval forces therethrough. The sheath can include a hemostasis seal on its proximal end to prevent the leakage of blood out of the sheath and prevent ballooning of outer layer of the sheath.

摘要: A filler pipe for suppressing swelling deformation caused by fuel, and a manufacturing method thereof. A resin filler pipe has a bellows section, including peaks and valleys, and an ordinary section, not including the bellows section, and is provided with at least inner layers, barrier layers, and outer layers. In the ordinary section, the inner layer is thinner than the outer layer, and the rate of increase in the proportion of the inner layer in the peaks of the bellows section with respect to the proportion of the inner layer in the ordinary section is equal to or less than the rate of increase in the proportion of the outer layer in the peaks of the bellows section with respect to the proportion of the outer layer in the ordinary section.

摘要: Woven irrigation tubing comprises a woven, extrusion coated & laminated tube formed of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) outer layer, a low density polyethylene (LDPE) middle layer and a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) inner layer. The finished tubing is treated for ultraviolet resistance. The tubing is tied off at a distal end with a proximal end connected to a pressurized irrigation source. Watering holes are created in the tubing at spaced intervals and the resulting water streams are directed into parallel plowed furrows. The tubing is completely recyclable. The tubing is formed by manufacturing tape for the woven outer tubing cover, stretching the tape along its length to strengthen it, weaving the outer layer from the tape, flattening the woven outer layer, extrusion coating each surface of the outer layer with LDPE, laminating the LLDPE inner layer to the LDPE, reversing and winding the tubing for storage and distribution.

A method of making the product consisting, substantially of hashish, the method comprising applying pressure to a collection of kief via a press for a period of time sufficient to form a pliable sheet of hashish having a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm, cutting or trimming the pliable sheet into a substantially rectangular section, rolling the section of pliable sheet around an object having a curvilinear geometric shape at least one full rotation, and separating the rolled section of pliable sheet from the object, leaving only the fully formed, freestanding, curvilinear geometric shaped, hashish cigarette product.

Said films may further include a first skin layer on a first side of the core layer, and a second skin layer on a second side of the core layer, wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer comprise thin layers of linear, low-density polyethylene of a same or different type. Further, said films may include an aqueous-based primer on an outer surface of the second skin layer, wherein the outer surface faces away from the core layer. Further still, said films may include a sealant coating layer on the first skin layer and a barrier coating layer on the second skin layer, wherein the sealant coating layer and the barrier coating layer are aqueous-based.
