The invention relates to a machining device for machining a narrow side of an, in particular plate-shaped workpiece. Such a machining device can particularly be used in the field of the furniture and component industry. Machining device has: a machining unit for machining a narrow side of a workpiece, a conveyor unit for moving the workpiece in a transport direction relative to the machining unit, a detection unit for detecting an optical and/or three-dimensional structure of the workpiece moved by means of the conveyor unit, and a holding unit for holding the workpiece at the conveyor unit at least between the position of the detection unit and the machining unit.

The machine tool (1) includes: at least one work head (9) adapted to support at least one tool (21); at least one workpiece holder (30) comprising at least two substantially parallel beams (31) arranged at a distance adjustable orthogonally to the longitudinal extension of the beams; on each beam (31) at least one carriage (35) movable along the longitudinal extension of the beam (31); on each carriage (35) a suction cup (39) for blocking the workpieces (P) to be machined. The position of each suction cup (39) with respect to the carriage (35) onto which the cup is mounted is adjustable by rotating around an axis (D-D) which is substantially orthogonal to a blocking surface, for blocking the workpieces, defined by the suction cups (39). To each suction cup (39) an actuator (46, 48) is associated, controlling the rotation of the suction cup (39) with respect to the carriage (35) onto which the cup is mounted.

The invention relates to warming, heating, lighting devices, which represent a source of long-term stand-alone fire that can be utilized for using in fireplaces; in the field, in campings and in rest outside the city, in any touristic or other events. A slow-burning log is made of a solid-fuel material of a vegetable origin, the log having front, rear and side surfaces, through incisions, which are opened at the top of the side surface and which extend from the front surface to the rear one and, when penetrating into the log body, move apart at an angle with respect to each other and terminate in the log body. There are at least two through incisions made, at least two middle recesses, which intersect between each other at the top and intersect longitudinal incisions, are made at the top of the side surface, furthermore, the log has at least two longitudinal incisions at the bottom of the side surface, one of them begins at the bottom of the front surface in the middle section thereof, and another one—at the bottom of the rear surface in the middle section thereof, and which terminate in the log body in the region between the through incisions. At least two through incisions are made completely separated from each other by the log body. The middle recesses begin from the top section of the side surface and couple with the through incisions at a distance from the log center thereby forming a combined air channel with them, the channel having entrances for air on the front and rear surfaces and in the midsection of the side surface of the log. The longitudinal incisions are made vertically or concentrically, one of them extends from the front surface towards the rear one, while another extends from the rear surface towards the front one, and they are not coupled with each other. The log has an ignition agent that is arranged in at least one of the through incisions and/or in at least one middle recess, the log is made with a handle, with a flat surface at the bottom along the entire length. The technical effect lies in increase of the burning time of the device thereby providing uniform burning of the log along the entire length, elimination of breakage of the device into parts during burning with complete combustion of the device and, thus, provision of complete combustion.

A movable conveyor 42 of a post-gluing conveyor 33 (sliding extendable roller conveyor) is provided, in a front portion, with a non-driving roller 42d (guiding roller) disposed so as to be inclined toward a reference surface (ruler) 42e at a predetermined angle with respect to a width direction such that a leading end of a veneer is guided toward the reference surface (ruler) 42e (one lateral side) of a movable conveyor 42. When the veneer is detected by a veneer detecting sensor 45 (veneer detecting means), a post-gluing conveyor controller 47 (slide movement control means) retracts the movable conveyor 42 in an extended state, in a contracting direction in a state in which forward rotational driving of a driving roller 42a of the movable conveyor 42 is maintained.

The system includes a clamp assembly, a router assembly, a drill assembly, and a delivery/insertion assembly including a screw delivery tube for delivering a screw, a stop block for arresting forward motion of the screw, an insertion rod for pushing the screw into the screw pocket and screw bore, and a screw channel for supporting the screw as it is inserted into the screw pocket and screw bore, wherein the stop block is positioned above the insertion rod and the screw channel such the screw first falls from the stop block onto the insertion rod once the stop block arrests forward motion of the screw and then falls from the insertion rod onto the screw channel.
