    摘要: Machine tool for the production of profiles, such as gearing systems on a workpiece, by means of a rotoncally driven machining tool by generating grinding, profile grinding, generating milling and/or profile milling, having at least one workpiece receiving device, a workpiece machining device and an optional machining tool profiling device. According to the invention, the workpiece machining device is borne by a machine base that has a tangential carriage, a radial carriage, a lifting carriage and a rotational carriage. With this specific construction, the workpiece machining device is guided moveably in all spatial directions with respect to the workpiece receiving device and also, if available, with respect to the machining tool profiling device.

    摘要: A honing machine comprises a machining unit for honing equipped with a tool spindle. It includes a machine base with an upper side and an upper machine part with an underside.     摘要: An apparatus for machining a workpiece has a housing having a vertical front wall and a first vertical side wall generally perpendicular thereto, respective first front and side vertical guides on the front and first side walls, and a first vertical slide extending along the front and first side walls. First front and side formations on the first vertical slide engage the first front and side guides for vertical movement of the first vertical slide relative to the housing. A first spindle unit adapted to hold the workpiece is carried on the first vertical slide, and a tool holder adapted to hold tools in a first work station is provided below the first vertical slide so that the spindle unit can engage the workpiece with a one of the tools in the work station.

    摘要: The present invention provides a machining center that efficiently machines a long workpiece using two pallets. A machining center 1 includes a saddle 30 that moves in a Y axis direction on a bed 10, and a table unit 50 moves in an X axis direction on the saddle 30. At a right end and a left end of the front surface of the bed 10, setup stations 110 and 120 are respectively disposed. While a spindle head 80 is machining a workpiece W2 with one pallet 140 placed on the table unit 50, a workpiece W1 can be set up onto the other pallet 130. A long workpiece can also be machined on the two pallets 130 and 140 placed on the table unit 50.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for the operation of a gear or profile grinding machine (1) for the grinding of pre-geared or pre-profiled workpieces (2), wherein the machine comprises at least one tool spindle (3) which can carry at least one grinding tool (4) and wherein the machine comprises at least two workpiece spindles (5, 6) which can at least temporarily be driven to the tool spindle (3) for cooperation of the workpiece (2) with the grinding tool (4). To improve the ratio between primary processing time and secondary processing time the invention proposes that the at least two workpiece spindles (5, 6) are pivoted around a respective axis of rotation (7, 8) for transportation from a grinding position (I) to a loading station (II) and vice versa, wherein the rotation of the two workpiece spindles (5, 6) takes place independently from another. Furthermore, the invention relates to a gear or profile grinding machine.
