Abstract:
A toy package assembly is disclosed. The package assembly configures a product and a light source within a blister pack, where the product is illuminated by a light source. The blister pack contains at least one tapered surface that configures the product within the blister pack to maximize the amount of light from the light source that illuminates the product. The product contains a color changing portion that reacts to the light from the light source by changing color. In one embodiment, the product is a toy vehicle, and in another embodiment, the product is a doll.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is directed generally to product packaging and, more specifically, to product packaging assemblies with try-me toys that may allow a consumer to visualize, experiment, and design various looks available in the product line at the point of purchase while the product remains in the product packaging and after purchase.
Abstract:
A toy includes electronics which generates a plurality of routines and is configured to operate in a first mode and in a second mode, a first sensor and a second sensor, each sensor operably connected to the electronics. Actuation of the first sensor causes the electronics to generate a first routine with the electronics in the first mode and to generate a second routine, different from the first routine, with the electronics in the second mode. Activation of the second sensor causes the electronics to generate of a third routine, different from the first routine, and causes the electronics to be set to the second mode. The electronics is set to the first mode upon a first application of electrical power to the electronics.
Abstract:
A packaging item for packaging a toy and an ultraviolet light accessory is described. The packaging item includes a transparent packaging shell and a toy positioning packaging. The transparent packaging shell has an opening therethrough to allow for access by a user. The toy positioning packaging is positioned within the transparent packaging shell. The toy positioning packaging includes a toy packing portion and an ultraviolet light accessory portion. The toy packing portion is formed to hold both the toy and ultraviolet light accessory such that upon activation, ultraviolet light is directed from the ultraviolet light accessory onto a portion of a toy that includes a reveal pigment. Upon exposure to the reveal pigment, the reveal pigment becomes visible to reveal a unique feature of the toy. The toy is, for example, a figurine.
Abstract:
An electro-optically switchable system that includes an optically active element and a momentary switch, a container that includes such an electro-optically switchable system and use of such an electro-optically switchable system for providing containers that allow increased light to pass through into the interior thereof only for the duration of a control intervention.
Abstract:
An apparatus comprising a sterile package having an inside and an outside, with the sterile package being sized and configured to maintain an electronic sterile device within the inside. The sterile package includes at least two conductive paths from the inside to the outside of the sterile package.
Abstract:
A tamperproof genuineness ID device with self-destruct protection function and a method thereof, which identifies whether merchandises are genuine or fake by reading, identifying and encrypting genuineness ID information in a genuineness ID medium. The tamperproof genuineness ID device includes a working part with self-destruct protection function and a detecting work part for identifying a product to be detected, wherein the product to be detected is airtight sealed or fixed with the tamperproof genuineness ID device together. The method includes several steps: setting the genuineness ID medium in a coordinate working state with the tamperproof genuineness ID device; identifying information in the genuineness ID medium by the detecting work part of the tamperproof genuineness ID device, then encrypting and calculating to obtain a native genuineness ID code; and outputting a detecting result. The tamperproof genuineness ID device makes genuineness ID detection for merchandise easier and more reliable.
Abstract:
A packaging device for a cosmetic product includes at least one container forming at least one compartment in which the cosmetic product is directly or indirectly placed. The packaging device includes at least one authentication element incorporating at least one first chemical reagent capable, when placed in contact with a second chemical reagent present on a counterpart authentication element, of producing a detectable change in the second reagent on the counterpart authentication element. A counterfeit detection kit includes the packaging device, and a non-destructive process detects a possible counterfeit packaging device for a cosmetic product.
Abstract:
A system and method are disclosed for monitoring environmental conditions of a perishable product. The system includes an environmental sensor configured to sense one or more environmental conditions of the perishable product and an analog integrator in communication with the environmental sensor, the analog integrator being formed on a polymer substrate and including one or more tunable components. The system also includes a comparator in communication with the analog integrator and configured to change state when an output of the analog integrator reaches a selected threshold level, and a control module in communication with the comparator and the analog integrator. The control module is configured to control the operation of the analog integrator based on an output of the comparator.
Abstract:
Methods and systems that provide privacy of signatures on envelopes containing ballots are provided. The envelope for returning ballots includes a flap with a window that aligns with a signature area on the envelope. The window appears opaque under normal lighting conditions, but appears transparent when illuminated with light having a predetermined wavelength. A movable signature stub is positioned on top of the signature area. The voter signs the back of the envelope on the signature stub, thereby imprinting a signature on the signature area by transferring a material from the signature stub to the signature area, and moves the signature stub. The flap of the envelope is then sealed, thereby covering the voter's signature in the signature area with the window of the envelope flap. To read the signature, light having the predetermined wavelength can be directed onto the window, thereby rendering the window transparent and the signature visible.
