摘要: The present invention provides a high temperature and bright red ink-jet ink for ceramic decoration, its preparation method and application thereof. On the base that the existing ink-jet ink production process, ink-jet printing equipment and ink-jet printing process are not made major changes, high temperature bright red ink basic glaze powder composition, basic glaze frit powder composition, solvent composition, basic glaze powder and bright red pigment grinding method and particle size optimization, ink composition and processing methods are adjusted and optimized. Thus the performance of high temperature bright red ink can meet the requirement of the use of ink-jet printing machine, and after high temperature firing (1080° C.˜1230° C.), the surface decoration color of ceramic tile sprayed a single printed high temperature bright red is bright red, colorful, pure red, and at the superposing place with other color ink-jet printing ink, the color is bright, colorful, color gamut broad. At the same time, the technology has strong universality and is easy to popularize in the industry.

摘要: A glass-ceramic seal for ionic transport devices such as solid oxide fuel cell stacks or oxygen transport membrane applications. Preferred embodiments of the present invention comprise glass-ceramic sealant material based on a Barium-Aluminum-Silica system, which exhibits a high enough coefficient of thermal expansion to closely match the overall CTE of a SOFC cell/stack (preferably from about 11 to 12.8 ppm/° C.), good sintering behavior, and a very low residual glass phase (which contributes to the stability of the seal).

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for coating a composite structure, comprising forming a first slurry by combining a first pre-slurry composition comprising a first phosphate glass composition, with a primary flow modifier and a first carrier fluid, wherein the primary flow modifier comprises at least one of cellulose or calcium silicate; applying the first slurry on a surface of the composite structure to form a base layer; and heating the composite structure to a temperature sufficient to adhere the base layer to the composite structure.

摘要: Pigments and inks for the decoration of ceramic objects, which have, in their formulation, iron and phosphorus oxides, combined with lithium oxide, the presence of this latter element being that which gives the pigments the capacity of being milled (in the form of a suspension in a solvent base) to the point of being able to obtain inks that are characterized by having very narrow PSD and an upper bound of less than 1 μm. Thanks to this PSD, inks prepared using these pigments can be applied in standard printing heads to glazed ceramic objects, enabling a metallic gloss and appearance to be obtained after said ceramic objects undergo a firing process. The ink obtain has a low viscosity, allowing an increase in the concentration of the pigment and thus an increase in its yield, optimizing gloss and the metallic appearance of the finished ceramic objects.

A biocidal ceramic glaze layer and an article comprising a biocidal ceramic glaze layer are provided. Also provided is a method of affixing a biocidal ceramic glaze to a substrate.
