    摘要: This invention discloses a valve including a body, an upper membrane, a lower membrane and a positioning block. The body has an upper channel, a lower channel, an accommodation space and a valve groove. The accommodation space defines an upper opening and a lower opening for respectively communicating with the upper channel and the lower channel. The valve groove is near the intersection of the lower channel and the accommodation space respectively communicating therewith. The upper and the lower membrane block the upper opening of the accommodation space and the lower opening. The positioning block is disposed between the upper membrane and the lower membrane and is able to push the lower membrane into the valve groove and abut against a sidewall of the valve groove. The valve is able to block the flow of water in the valve when the water flow is needed to be cut off.

    摘要: An external seal structure in a vacuum valve in which an upper end plate of a partition wall member is held between a valve body and a cylinder cover. An annular seal member for main fluid is placed between the upper end plate and the valve body to prevent material gas from leaking to atmosphere through an abutting section defined by the valve body and the cylinder cover connected in abutting manner. The main-fluid annular seal member is made of perfluoroelastomer. A fluorinated annular seal member made of fluorinated resin is placed between the upper end plate and the valve body and between the main-fluid annular seal member and the abutting section. A leak port communicated with outside air is provided in the valve body to communicate with between a seal point of the main-fluid annular seal member and a seal point of the fluorinated annular seal member.

    摘要: A fluid flow control device has an inlet, an outlet and an exhaust port all for an operating fluid. A pilot inlet receives a pilot pressure signal which operates a valve stem actuator via a piston. The valve stem is operable to open a supply valve between the inlet and outlet and, to open an exhaust valve disposed between the outlet and the exhaust. In a further position both the valves are closed. A first fluid leak path is provided between the valve stem and the supply valve for allowing fluid to leak through the supply valve chamber when the supply valve is open and a second fluid leak path is defined by the exhaust valve for allowing fluid to leak through the exhaust valve chamber. The leak paths provide for a force balancing arrangement. A quick exhaust feature allows exhaust flow through the device.

The fluid supply system includes a fluid container, a moveable barrier, and an airbag. The moveable barrier fluidly divides the fluid container into a first portion and a second portion. The moveable barrier is moveable between a flow-permitting position and a flow-restricting position. The turbomachine fluid experiences a circulating flow between the component and the second portion of fluid container when the moveable barrier is in the flow-permitting position. The circulating flow is at least partially impeded by the moveable barrier when the moveable barrier is in the flow-restricting position. The airbag is positioned within the first portion of the fluid container. The airbag is selectively operable to move the moveable barrier from the flow-permitting position to the flow-restricting position.

The valve disc includes a sealing surface disposed adjacent to an outer radial end of the valve disc, and the sealing surface is adapted to sealingly engage the valve port in the closed position. The valve disc also includes an intermediate surface disposed inward of the sealing surface, and a groove is formed in the intermediate surface. The groove extends along a groove axis extending along the intermediate surface normal to the longitudinal axis, and the groove axis is at least partially curved when viewed along the longitudinal axis.
