The system can establish a shadowed file system on the block array, wherein the shadowed file system is configured to access portions of the block array that are unused by the primary file system. The system can, in response to receiving a request to write data to the primary file system, and in response to determining that an amount of the block array utilized by the primary file system is full, transfer a first portion of the block array utilized by the shadowed file system to the primary file system.

The system further includes a bit vector-based traceback circuitry configured to divide the reference genome into one or more windows and to use the plurality of bit vectors to generate a traceback output for each of the one or more windows, wherein the traceback output comprises a match, a substitution, an insert, a delete, or a combination thereof, between the read and the one or more windows.

摘要： Systems and methods are disclosed for providing a summary of suggested changes made to an electronic document. A suggested change is iteratively selected from a first list of suggested changes. A second list of modified suggested changes is generated by processing each selected suggested change in the first list of suggested changes. The processing comprises marking the selected suggested change for including or excluding the summary. If the selected suggested change is marked for including the summary, the processing further comprises at least one of combining the selected suggested change with a previously processed suggested change to form one of the modified suggested changes for including in the second list, and truncating the selected suggested change to form one of the modified suggested changes for including in the second list. The second list of modified suggested changes is provided as the summary of suggested changes.

For example, a content management system can iterate through portions of a first version of a content item and attempt to match those portions with portions of a second version of the content item. The content management system can analyze these matches to determine differences between the respective portions and to classify and categorize the differences (e.g., do they represent a significant change or do they change the meaning of the content item). A client device can then represent a clean version of the content item in a first application and the differences and characteristics in a second application in coordination with the first application.

摘要： A centralized auditing system receives an audit block containing one or more audit files generated by an audit agent running in an audited device. The audit block additionally stores a first digital signature corresponding to a previous audit block, and a second digital signature generated based at least on the one or more audit files and the first digital signature. After receiving the audit block, the auditing system verifies the integrity of the received audit block based on the second digital signature stored in the audit block and/or the first digital signature corresponding to the previous audit block. In response to verifying the integrity of the received audit block, the auditing system adds the received audit block to an audit register. Moreover, the auditing system adds the one or more audit files included in the audit block to an audit database.

A digital signal indicative of the likelihood that the specific textual prompt is included in at least one training example of the plurality of training examples may be generated.
