    摘要: The present invention concerns a radial rotary transfer assembly comprising at least one rotor (4) and at least one stationary part (1), wherein the at least one rotor (4) has at least two sealing surfaces and wherein two sliding rings (2, 3) with overall at least two sealing surfaces are arranged between the stationary part and the rotor, wherein the sealing surfaces (15, 17) of the sliding rings (2, 3) co-operate with the rotor sealing surfaces (16, 18), and with at least one radial feed passage between the pairs (15, 16; 17, 18) of co-operating sealing surfaces. In order to structurally design a radial rotary transfer assembly in such a way that the installation thereof in machining centers and retro-fitment thereof on existing apparatuses is simplified and does not fail because of the small space available it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the normals to the sealing surfaces of the rotor (4) face axially away from each other, wherein the normals to the sealing surfaces of the sliding rings (2, 3) are directed axially towards each other.

Furthermore, the end surfaces (21, 22) which are provided with pressure chambers (29, 30) are configured with equal areas.This embodiment prevents the two components (2, 3, 3') making contact under pressure and, instead, both components (2, 3, 3') level out in a central position. As a result, trouble free operation is assured over a long period.

    摘要: A rotary joint comprises: a joint main body constructed of a casing (1) and a housing (3); and, a rotary body (8) inserted in the joint main body and rotatably mounted therein. In the joint: a part of an outer peripheral surface of the rotary body (8) serves as a corresponding inner race of a sliding bearing; and, the sliding bearing rotatably supports the rotary body (8), and constructed of the corresponding inner race (11) and a corresponding outer race (10) incorporated in the housing (3). The sliding bearing (10, 11) may be constructed of: a plurality of units of thin-width sliding bearings; or, a single unit of a thick-width sliding bearing. A pin (12) is pounded into the joint and engaged with both the outer race (10) and the housing (3), whereby the outer race (10) is prevented from rotating in operation.

    摘要: In a weldless joint 13, screwing a fastening member 13 into a joint body allows two pipes to move closer to each other in an axial direction without rotating. The two pipes can be thus connected without welded. Packings and disposed in the joint body prevent the leakage of gas through the contact surfaces of the pipes and, further, the leakage of gas from the inside of the joint body to the outside thereof. Accordingly, no packing or sealing element is needed on the periphery of the fastening member.

    摘要: An air pressure actuated stop assembly (50) is disposed in at least one of first and second rotatably engaging housings of a coupling assembly (10), the housings (14) being affixed to ends of respective associated hoses 70) to complete an air passageway (24) therebetween when coupled. Each housing (14) has a portion with an exterior surface adjacent an interior surface of a complementary portion of the other housing (14) and rotatably slidable therealong during coupling and uncoupling of the assembly (10). The stop assembly (50) includes a spring biased pin (52) that moves when actuated by air pressure in the air brake hose (70) to a position to obstruct the path traveled by the portion of the opposite housing (14) in a direction uncoupling the two housings (14) thereby preventing rotational uncoupling of the housings (14) when the air brake system is pressurized. The pin (52) is automatically retracted when the air pressure is released thus permitting the housings (14) to be uncoupled.
