    摘要: The present invention is characterized to include a cylindrical cam that is provided to correspond to a moving path and possesses an engaging groove, the moving path moving in an uncoupled state with each of a plurality of carriers to which an object to be conveyed is respectively installed and the plurality of carriers being in states where a set of a plurality of first carriers and a set of a plurality of second carriers are alternately lined up, and a drive source that drives the cylindrical cam, wherein a first cylindrical cam and a second cylindrical cam, as the cylindrical cam, are respectively provided to correspond to a predetermined position in the moving path, the first cylindrical cam possessing an engaging groove with which only the first carriers are engageable and the second cylindrical cam possessing an engaging groove with which only the second carriers are engageable, a first drive source that drives the first cylindrical cam and a second drive source that drives the second cylindrical cam are included as the drive source, the engaging grooves of the first cylindrical cam and the second cylindrical cam are helical grooves that possess a first groove part and a second groove part, the second groove part being continuous with the first groove part, being positioned on a downstream side in a conveying direction with respect to the first groove part and having a pitch different from the pitch of the first groove part, and the second cylindrical cam rotates to move the second carrier that reached the first groove part when an interval of the first carriers is changed by the set of the plurality of the first carriers moving past the first groove part to reach the second groove part by a rotation of the first cylindrical cam.

    摘要: A plug screw feeder (1) comprises a plug screw (10) with a thread (12) and a plug screw housing (20) surrounding the plug screw. The plug screw housing comprises an inlet opening (24) in a side of the plug screw and in a vicinity of a first axial end (18) of the plug screw. The plug screw is arranged for feeding lignocellulosic biomass material (99) from the inlet opening to a second axial end (19) of the plug screw when being rotated. The thread, in at least a part of an inlet section (15) of the plug screw, presents a jagged peripheral rim (14A) with an inwards directed leading edge. The inlet section is defined as the section of the plug screw passing the inlet opening during rotation. A feeding arrangement and system for treatment of lignocellulosic biomass material comprising such a plug screw feeder is also disclosed.

    摘要: A powder conveying device includes a first conveying unit, a second conveying unit, a conveying member, a powder pulverizing member, and a protective member. The first conveying unit has a lower end. The second conveying unit has one end connected to the lower end. The conveying member is disposed in the second conveying unit and includes a shaft member and a protruding portion formed around the shaft member, and conveys the powder. The powder pulverizing member is disposed in the first conveying unit so as to be able to oscillate. The protective member is attached to the powder pulverizing member and makes contact with the protruding portion of the conveying member. A contact state between the protective member and the protruding portion changes according to a rotation angle of the conveying member, and the protective member and the powder pulverizing member oscillate due to changes in the contact state.

The apparatus includes:—a power unit apt to rotate an Archimedes screw pushing the loose material;—a charging hopper of the loose material in a tubular body containing the Archimedes screw and the loose material; —a feeding channel of the loose material towards a user; —pushing elements of the loose material present in the feeding channel; and —a back flow preventing device, preventing the back flow of pushing air together with loose material; such a device closing, in case, a through hole to the feeding channel. The back flow preventing device includes a shutter, provided with a plate, undergoing the action of a helical spring which, in any opening/closing step of the through hole, is always substantially perpendicular to the feeding first direction of the material in the tubular body.

    摘要: An improved roll belt guide mechanism for directing movement of a plurality of side-by-side belts in a round baler wherein adjacent belts are staggered to create opening through which trash mass pass to prevent trash accumulation behind the belts. A pair of offsetting rolls is positioned between two guide rolls defining the normal belt path. The offsetting rolls are aligned on axes that are parallel to the normal guide roll axes and arranged so that one offsetting roll is positioned generally forward of the other. One or more belts are directed around the forward offset roll while the remainder of the belts is directed around the rearward offsetting roll. The alignment and separation of the offsetting rolls is configured to allow roll belts of equal lengths to be used regardless of routing around the offsetting rolls. Trash removal may be improved by the addition of an auger in the space between the offset belts to urge the trash laterally, generally along the length of the offsetting rolls.
