Abstract: Case management systems and techniques are disclosed. In various embodiments, an indication to create a case instance is received. A case model definition is parsed to determine a hierarchical data model to be used to create the case instance and a placeholder data to be associated with a case node comprising the hierarchical data model. The case model definition is used to create the case instance, including by associating the placeholder data with the case node in the case instance as created.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of associating digital tags with digital files comprises storing a plurality of digital files having embedded therein content data and metadata including tags; receiving, via a user interface device of a client device, a first tag label containing alphanumeric text created and inputted by a user of the client device; modifying, using a controller device, a selected first one of the tags of the metadata in a first of the digital files to include the first tag label; receiving, via the user interface device or another user interface device, an instruction to search for all of the digital files having at least the first tag label; responsive to receiving the instruction, automatically searching for all of the digital files having at least the first tag label; and displaying, on a video display device associated with the client device, a first indication of the first tag label.

Abstract: A system and method for cybersecurity analysis utilizing high-performance, scalable, multi-tenant, dynamically specifiable, knowledge graph information storage and utilization. The system uses an in-memory associative array for high-performance graph storage and access, with a non-volatile distributed database for scalable backup storage, a scalable, distributed graph service for graph creation, an indexing search engine to increase searching performance, and a graph crawler for graph traversal. One or more of these components may be in the form of a cloud-based service, and in some embodiments the cloud-based services may be containerized to allow for multi-tenant co-existence with no possibility of data leakage or cross-over. The system uses a cyber-physical graph to represent an enterprise's cyber-physical system and can provide graph analysis, graph security, and graph fusion related tasks to identify potential cybersecurity threats.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a software tool that may be used to create and navigate through visualizations of an organization's data as embodied in a digital duplicate. These “smart interactions” may allow a user to visually and intuitively traverse the semantic network to dynamically provide on-demand visualization of the business data. Based on the traversal of the network, the network can be simplified and/or subnetworks can be created. As part of the visualization, “perspectives” can be created based on focal points (i.e., nodes) in the network. The focal points may be used as a starting point for the traversal, and functions (e.g., aggregates) can be dynamically applied to produce subnetworks to provide data for visualizations.

Abstract: An online concierge system generates an item graph connecting item nodes with attribute nodes of the items. Example attributes include a brand, a category, a department, or any other suitable information about the item. When the online concierge system receives a search query to identify one or more items from a customer, the online concierge system parses the search query into combinations of terms and identifies item nodes and attribute nodes related to the search query. The online concierge system identifies item nodes and attribute nodes that are likely to result in a conversion. Information about the identified nodes is presented to the customer. The customer may select an item node to purchase the item, or an attribute node to execute a new search query based on terms associated with the attribute node.

Abstract: Techniques for performing outputting additional content associated with but nonresponsive to an input command are described. A system receives input data from a device. The system determines an intent representing the input data and receives first output data responsive to the input data. The system determines, based on context data, that additional content associated with the first output data but nonresponsive to the input data should be output. The system receives second output data associated with but nonresponsive to the input data thereafter. The system then presents first content corresponding to the first output data and second content corresponding to the second output data.
