摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a constant-voltage circuit that outputs a constant voltage and a constant-current circuit. The constant-current circuit includes a first transistor. A voltage input as an input voltage to a first gate electrode of the first transistor is equal to the node voltage at an intermediate node in a connection path between the output of the constant-voltage circuit and an external resistor. A source region of the first transistor is connected to a fixed power supply, and a drain region of the first transistor is connected to the external power supply via a load. In the first transistor, a constant current can be made to flow between the source region and the drain region based on the input voltage. A constant-current drive system in which the semiconductor integrated circuit and the external resistor have been mounted on a circuit board is also constructed.

摘要: A computer-implemented method includes: detecting, by a computing device, a triggering of a discovery request event for discovering capabilities of each of a plurality of cognitive entities (CEs) in a distributed cognitive network; outputting, by the computing device, discovery requests to each of the plurality of CEs; receiving, by the computing device, respective responses to the discovery request from each of the plurality of CEs, wherein each respective response identifies capabilities of each of the plurality of CEs; generating, by the computing device, a capabilities mapping table based on the receiving the respective responses; and storing, by the computing device, the capabilities mapping table to process a pending or future service request based on capabilities criteria associated with the pending or future service request and the capabilities of each of the plurality of CEs identified in the capabilities mapping table.

In one example, a method includes receiving, by a computing device, a selection of an original document to be viewed by a user; obtaining, by the computing device, visual annotations for the original document from a remote computing device, wherein the visual annotations indicate one or more visual effects parameters associated with one or more pages of the original document; determining, by the computing device, visual effects to be applied to one or more pages of the original document based on the visual annotations; and applying the visual effects to render, by the computing device, a visually enhanced version of the original document for viewing by the user.

摘要: A current detection method for a current detection device including magnetism detection elements that detect magnetic flux density and output a voltage signal corresponding to the magnetic flux density is provided. The method includes acquiring measured value data that is obtained as a result of providing magnetic flux density in a detectable range of the magnetism detection elements that indicates the relationship between the magnetic flux density and an output voltage signal from the current detection device. Next, computational processing is performed so as to fit the acquired measured value data to a formula that includes plural factors and indicates the output voltage of the magnetism detection elements, thereby calculating the plural factors, and correcting the output voltage signal from the magnetism detection elements in accordance with the calculated factors so as to be approximately linear with respect to the magnetic flux density. Finally, a corrected voltage signal obtained by the correction is outputted.

The measured electrical characteristics include leakage current. The determined electrical characteristics are used to determine physical attributes of the integrated circuit. The physical attributes, including EOT, are used in a reliability model to predict per-chip failure rate.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a coil spring and a coil spring manufacturing apparatus are provided that enable precise forming of a coil spring even when various kinds of wire rods are used as a wire rod. This is based on the premise that the wire material being fed out is serially pressed against a rotating roller outer circumferential surface to form the wire rod into a coil shape. Under this premise, as the wire rod is fed out, a rotating roller is rotationally driven by a rotary drive force of a servomotor such that a portion pressed against the wire rod on the rotating roller outer circumferential surface moves toward the advancing side of the wire rod.
