    摘要: A semiconductor device is fabricated having a stack gate structure where a first gate electrode, a second gate electrode and a gate hard mask are stacked. The stack gate structure secures a contact open margin while reducing a loss of the gate hard mask during a self-aligned contact (SAC) etching process of forming a landing plug contact. An intermediate connection layer is formed in a landing plug contact region between the first gate electrodes. Furthermore, the occurrence of a bridge between a gate and a contact can be prevented while forming the landing plug contact. A conductive material is filled into a gate region including a recess between intermediate connection layers to form the first gate electrode. The second gate electrode and the gate hard mask are formed during a gate-patterning process using a gate mask, even though misalignment occurs between the gate and the contact.

    摘要: This invention relates generally to compositions for whitening human teeth, and more particularly, to compositions that do not contain hydrocarbon humectants and which, when applied onto the surface of teeth act to whiten without damage to tooth surfaces. They do contain a hydrogel, defined as a gel that does not contain a hydrocarbon humectant. A hydrocarbon humectant is defined as a carbon, hydrogen and oxygen compound which is used to prevent the oral care composition from hardening upon exposure to air or a carbon, hydrogen and oxygen compound which is used as a carrier for ingredients of an oral care composition. The tooth whitening of the present invention is free of a humectant and contains a peroxide, in combination with a mixed surfactant system, a mixed metal chelating system of a peptilytic condensed pyrophosphate chelating agent, an organic chelating agent, and a metal precipitating chelating agent, a catalase inhibiting compound and a non-ionic polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymers surfactant thickening agent as hereinafter defined. As will be illustrated, the oral compositions of the present invention are in the form of gels that exhibit better whitening effect, do not cause dental hypersensitivity and can be used both in the dental office and in-home brushing or splint applications.

    摘要: Methods and systems are provided for processing secure transactions. An electromagnetic transmission packet is received from a portable device at a processing device. The electromagnetic transmission packet includes an encrypted magnetic-stripe image and an encrypted version of an alphanumerical identifier. A keyed nonencrypted version of the alphanumerical identifier is received at the processing device, and the encrypted version of the alphanumerical identifier is decrypted. The decryption of the encrypted version of the alphanumerical identifier is compared with the nonencrypted version of the alphanumerical identifier. Thereafter, a decryption of the encrypted magnetic-stripe image is transmitted to a host system for processing the secure transaction using an account identified by the decryption of the magnetic-stripe image.

A first oxide layer, a nitride layer, a second oxide layer, and a first polysilicon layer, which is a part of a polysilicon layer for a control gate, are formed to a predetermined thickness on a semiconductor substrate. A first etch process is performed to form gate patterns. An insulating layer is formed on the entire surface. A second etch process is implemented so that insulating layer spacers are formed on both sidewalls of each gate pattern while exposing the first polysilicon layer. A second polysilicon layer for the control gate is formed on the entire surface.
