Abstract: In another example, a device includes a processor and a computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations. The operations include acquiring a plurality of data items from a plurality of data sources, wherein the at least two data sources data sources of the plurality of data sources are maintained by different entities, normalizing attributes of the plurality of data items, using a first machine learning technique, matching at least two data items of the plurality of data items to form a grouping, wherein the matching is based on similarities observed in the attributes of the at least two data items subsequent to the normalizing, and creating a single profile for an individual associated with the at least two data items, based on the grouping, wherein the single profile consolidates the attributes of the at least two data items.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a network device that comprises a processing system including a processor and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations. The operations include obtaining timing advance data regarding a communication device served by the network; the timing advance data is collected by a network element coupled to the network device, and the network element communicates with the communication device using control-plane signaling. The timing advance data is processed using location data regarding the network element to determine a geolocation of the communication device. The geolocation is stored at a storage device; the network device and storage device are included in a secure portion of the network. The geolocation is provided to equipment of a network customer accessing the secure portion of the network via a secure interface. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Abstract: This disclosure describes a solution to enable more useful and responsive methods for a person's wishes for resuscitation actions to be canceled or discontinued in the event of a medical event. In this solution, a person can record their do not resuscitate (DNR) wishes with more specificity. For instance, they can specify conditions for treatment or non-treatment in the event of a medical emergency that would otherwise call for live-saving procedures or the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) device. Conditional DNR data can be recorded in an electronic device (e.g., emergency pendant or smart watch, or in an electronic device) implanted within or on the person's body. This data can also be stored in a database accessible via a network.
