Abstract: This application describes methods and apparatus to allocate uplink (UL) power dynamically across multiple parallel radio frequency links for wireless devices. The wireless device sets an initial maximum transmit power level (MTPL) for each UL radio link of multiple radio links used for UL traffic based on a duty cycle prediction for the respective UL radio link. The wireless device adjusts the initial MTPL for each UL radio link based on a predicted data throughput for the UL radio link relative to a total predicted data throughput for all UL radio links. The adjusted MTPL for each UL radio link can be also reduced when the UL radio link uses UL multiple input multiple output (MIMO) transmission via multiple antenna ports, e.g., by apportioning the adjusted MTPL among the multiple antenna ports of the UL radio link equally.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) to perform methods for triggering a change in beam configuration based on UL beam conditions. The UE may detect an unsafe UL beam condition for an UL beam based, at least in part, on an MPE level being exceeded by the UL beam. In response to the detection, remedial actions that to alleviate the unsafe UL beam condition may be performed. The remedial actions may prioritize UL beam quality over DL beam quality and may include reducing a transmit power of the UL beam based on an MPR, triggering an intra-panel antenna switch to a candidate UL beam that satisfies one or more conditions for intra-panel beam switching, triggering an inter-panel antenna switch to a candidate UL beam that satisfies one or more conditions for intra-panel beam switching, and/or signaling a beam failure to a network serving the UE.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for remotely commanding a mobile device. In one aspect, a method includes receiving input identifying a mobile device, presenting to a user one or more remote commands corresponding to the mobile device, receiving user input selecting a remote command from the one or more presented remote commands, generating a remote command message instructing the mobile device to execute the selected remote command, and transmitting the remote command message to a server for publication in a message topic. Further, a selectable list of mobile devices associated with a remote management account can be presented to the user, the selectable list including information uniquely identifying each mobile device. Additionally, the selectable list of mobile devices can include an indication of whether an included mobile device is online.

Abstract: Various implementations disclosed herein include devices, systems, and methods that perform gaze tracking using combinations of ultrasound and imaging data. Some implementations detect a first attribute of an eye using imaging measurements in a first image of the eye, and a first location associated with the first attribute is determined in a 3D coordinate system based on depth information. A second attribute of the eye is detected based on depth information from ultrasound based measurements of the eye, and a second location associated with the second attribute is determined in the 3D coordinate system based on the depth information and a 3D model of a portion of the eye. A gaze direction in the 3D coordinate system is determined based on the first location and the second location. In some implementations, user characteristics are identified (e.g., authentication) using ultrasonic biometric characteristics with imaging biometrics.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to improving memory reliability. In some embodiments, memory circuitry includes memory cells configured to store data, interface circuitry, and on-die error correcting code (ECC) circuitry. The ECC circuitry may check read data from the memory cells for errors and correct detected correctable errors to generate corrected data. The memory circuitry may provide read data to a requesting circuit via the interface circuitry, including one or more sets of corrected data from the on-die ECC circuitry. The memory circuitry may provide a decoding status flag (DSF) via the interface circuitry, including to: set the DSF to a first value in response to no error being detected for a given set of provided read data, set the DSF to a second value in response to a correctable error that was detected and corrected by the on-die ECC circuitry to provide a given set of read data, and set the DSF to a third value in response to an uncorrectable error detected by the on-die ECC circuitry.
