Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel human epidermal growth factor (hEGF)-trigger factor (TF) fusion protein and a use thereof. Abstract: This application relates to an apparatus for tracking location using a control platform of a small buoy for simulating marine pollutants, in which at least one small observation buoy floats on the ocean, and a relay buoy collects location information from the observation buoy and provides the collected location information to a weather information management server. The apparatus may include at least one observation buoy and a relay buoy, the observation buoy including a GPS receiver which receives a signal transmitted from a GPS satellite and generate location information. The apparatus may also include a communicator performing wireless transmission and reception of signals with the relay buoy, and a power source providing driving power to the GPS receiver and the communicator. The relay buoy may receive location information from the at least one observation buoy and provide the received location information to a weather information management server.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an Fe—S fusion protein acting as an electron transport chain, a novel carbon monoxide:formate oxidoreductase (CFOR) including the Fe—S fusion protein, novel Thermococcus strain BCF12 transformed with CFOR, and the use thereof. According to the present invention, two different enzymes may be physically linked directly to each other through the Fe—S fusion protein of the present invention, and thus electrons generated from any one enzyme may be transported directly to another enzyme through the Fe—S cluster of the Fe—S fusion protein. Accordingly, a reaction that produces a target substance with high efficiency by directly supplying electrons necessary for the production of the target substance is possible without leakage of electrons generated in any one enzyme. In addition, the present invention has an advantage in that the overall enzyme reaction rate and yield can be dramatically improved using a new electron transport reaction. Furthermore, it is possible to ensure the stability of each enzyme by allowing the enzymes to exist in a physically fixed state in cells.

Abstract: This application relates to a cement mortar composition reinforced with a shredded waste fishing net and a method of manufacturing the cement mortar composition. In one aspect, the cement mortar composition includes cement mortar including cement, fine aggregate, and water and 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of a fibrous reinforcing material based on 100 parts by weight of the cement mortar. The fibrous reinforcing material may be manufactured by shredding a knotless fishing net and being formed of a single yarn that has a length of 3 mm to 60 mm and a diameter of 0.1 mm to 1 mm. The cement mortar composition that has improved crack resistance and tensile strength and in which an environmentally friendly and inexpensive reinforcing material obtained by shredding a waste fishing net at a random length instead of existing highly-expensive reinforcing material is included may be realized.
