Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate including: a base substrate, and a thin film transistor, an oxygen supplementing functional layer and an oxygen containing layer formed on the base substrate. The thin film transistor includes: an active layer in direct contact with the oxygen containing layer, and the active layer includes an oxide semiconductor material. The oxygen supplementing functional layer includes a metal oxide material and serves as a first electrode of the display substrate. The oxygen containing layer is between the oxygen supplementing functional layer and the base substrate.

Abstract: A display substrate having a display area and a gate-on-array (GOA) area outside the display area is provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate; a light shielding layer on the base substrate; an insulating layer on a side of the light shielding layer away from the base substrate; and a GOA signal line on a side of the insulating layer away from the light shielding layer, and is connected electrically in parallel with a first part of the light shielding layer, the first part being in the GOA area. Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a display substrate. The display substrate includes multiple pixel island regions, empty regions and connection bridge regions. The preparation method includes: forming first grooves corresponding to the pixel island regions and second grooves corresponding to the connection bridge regions on a side of a hard underlay substrate; preparing the display substrate on a side of the underlay substrate where the first grooves and the second grooves are formed, wherein the pixel island regions are located in regions where the first grooves are located, the connection bridge regions are located in regions where the second grooves are located, and the empty regions are located in regions other than the first grooves and the second grooves; and separating the underlay substrate from the display substrate to obtain the display substrate.

Abstract: A thin film transistor, a method for fabricating the same, a display substrate, and a display device are disclosed. The thin film transistor includes a gate, a source, a drain, and an active layer. Forming the active layer includes: forming a pattern comprising a thermal insulation layer; forming a pattern comprising an amorphous silicon layer on the thermal insulation layer, wherein the pattern comprising the amorphous silicon layer includes a first portion on the thermal insulation layer and a second portion extending beyond the thermal insulation layer; and treating the pattern comprising the amorphous silicon layer with a laser annealing process, so that the amorphous silicon layer grows grain in a direction from the second portion to the first portion to form the active layer from polycrystalline silicon.

Abstract: The application provides a wiring structure, a display substrate, and a display device, which pertain to the field of display technologies. The wiring structure includes a plurality of hollow units connected in series, and each of the hollow units includes a hollow area and a non-hollow area. The non-hollow areas of any two adjacent hollow units at least partially overlap, and the hollow areas thereof do not overlap. Compared with a conventional linear-type wiring structure, the wiring structure can release stress through the hollow area of the hollow unit in the process of bending, stretching, and twisting, so as to avoid breaking of the wiring structure which may result in failure of the device on the substrate that employs the wiring structure.
