    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for transmitting and receiving a control channel, a base station, and a user equipment. The method for transmitting a control channel includes: determining m PRB pairs used for transmitting a control channel to be transmitted; when a distributed transmission mode is used for transmission, determining an aggregation level L of the control channel to be transmitted; determining, according to the aggregation level L, a first control channel candidate at the aggregation level L; and placing control information of the control channel to be transmitted, on physical resources to which the first control channel candidate is mapped, and transmitting the control information. The present invention improves multiplexing efficiency of control channels of different modes.

A method for generating a random access channel ZC sequence includes: generating, by a base station, notification signaling, where the notification signaling instructs user equipment UE to generate a random access ZC sequence by using a second restricted set in a random access set; and sending, by the base station, the notification signaling to the UE, so that the UE generates the random access ZC sequence by using the second restricted set, where the random access set includes an unrestricted set, a first restricted set, and the second restricted set; and the second restricted set is a random access set that the UE needs to use when a Doppler frequency shift of the UE is greater than or equal to a first predetermined value.

    Abstract: Methods and nodes, for assignment of uplink control channel resources for providing HARQ feedback for data transmitted on a downlink data channel associated with a downlink control channel. The downlink control channel comprises at least a set of downlink control channel resources, which is configurable over a subset of available time frequency resources. The method comprises dividing the set of downlink control channel resources into at least two subsets of references, comprising indices to the respective downlink control channel resources. Also, the method comprises defining, for each such subset of references, an associated subset of references comprising indices to unique uplink control channel resources. Furthermore, the method comprises associating each element in the subset of references with a subframe and an element in the subset of references. Additionally, the method further comprises transmitting data on the downlink data channel associated with the downlink control channel.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting channel state information, where the method includes: determining, by a first network device according to measurement of a reference signal sent by a second network device, channel state information including a precoding matrix indication PMI and selection information that is used to instruct to select a matrix element in a precoding matrix indicated by the PMI; and sending the channel state information to the second network device. Because the channel state information includes the precoding matrix indication PMI and the selection information, the second network device can determine a precoding matrix for performing precoding, and synthesize a channel precoding matrix applicable to a two-dimensional antenna. Therefore, dimensions of the synthesized precoding matrix are closer to a spatial feature of a real channel, which effectively improves precision of a precoding matrix.
