Abstract: This disclosure discloses a discovery message processing method and apparatus, and pertains to the communications field. The method includes: receiving, by a first wireless network device, a discovery message sent by a second wireless network device; and if the first wireless network device is in an RRC connected state or has an RRC connection requirement, sending, by the first wireless network device, a feedback message corresponding to the discovery message to the second wireless network device. This disclosure can save time-frequency resources.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide: dividing, by a base station, a frequency band of a cell into N frequency ranges, where the N frequency ranges include a common frequency range and a dedicated frequency range; sending, by the base station, information about the N frequency ranges and random access resource information of the cell to a UE; mapping, by the base station, a service bearer DRB of the UE into at least one frequency range of the N frequency ranges; and transmitting, by using a radio interface technology supported by the specified frequency range into which the DRB is mapped, a service carried on the DRB with the UE. A method for using a radio interface technology includes: using, by UE, a common frequency range, and optionally, using, by the UE, a dedicated frequency range to perform wireless network access.

Abstract: A dynamic mobile network architecture is provided, with the objective of meeting greenhouse gas emission targets. The network adapts over time based on time varied traffic demand/load. This is achieved by providing two layers of base stations (BS). The top layer contains super BS that have larger coverage areas than the base stations of the second layer. Depending on traffic conditions, base stations of the second layer can be switched into a reduced power mode. Signalling procedures are provided for setting up connections between the BS of the second layer and the super BS, and for switching off and then activating previously switched off second layer BS. In some cases, the BS of the second layer has a lower power listening receiver to allow itself to be activated while the BS is otherwise powered off.

One example method includes determining a quantity X of pieces of quasi co-location QCL information, where X is a positive integer. When it is determined that the quantity X of pieces of QCL information is two, and that DCI corresponding to a current data channel does not indicate QCL information of an antenna port of the data channel, or that an interval between the current data channel and the DCI corresponding to the data channel is less than a threshold, two pieces of default QCL information of the antenna port of the data channel are determined.

The second physical layer control information includes signaling information that may be used by the first communication apparatus to send feedback information corresponding to the first channel. The first communication apparatus may send the feedback information based on the second physical layer control information.

Abstract: A method is provided, comprising: receiving resource indication information sent by a network device, where the resource indication information is used to indicate resource block groups RBGs allocated to the terminal device in a bandwidth part BWP, and the BWP includes N segments of frequency domain resources; for one of the N segments of frequency domain resources, a size P of an RBG other than the first RBG and the last RBG in the segment of frequency domain resources is determined based on a sum of bandwidths of the N segments of frequency domain resources; and for one of the N segments of frequency domain resources, a size of the first RBG in the segment of frequency domain resources is determined based on a start location of the segment of frequency domain resources and P; and transmitting a signal on the resource block groups RBGs allocated to the terminal device.
