    摘要: An optical sensor device for use in optical instruments is disclosed. The optical sensor device is provided with an optical sensing region having at least one sensor element responsive to incident light for producing a charge, first and second charge storing regions each having the same number of charge storage elements as that of said sensor elements for accumulating the charges produced from said sensor elements, a first gate region for controlling the transfer of charge from said optical sensing region to said first charge storing region, and a second gate region for controlling the transfer of charges from the optical sensing region to the second charge storing region. Upon alternate application of a voltage to said first and second gate regions, the charges produced from said optical sensing region are alternately accumulated on said first and second charge storing regions.

    摘要: Provided is a release film, including a plastic film substrate, a surface modification layer formed on a single surface or both surfaces of the plastic film substrate by radiating a flame of a fuel gas including an organosilicon compound onto the single surface or both surfaces, and a silicone release layer composed of a cured product of a curable silicone composition, in which the silicone release layer is provided on top of the surface modification layer. The release film exhibits excellent adhesion between the silicone release layer and the plastic film substrate. The release film is produced at low cost and at a high level of productivity by a method including: forming the surface modification layer on a single surface or both surfaces of the plastic film substrate by radiating a flame of the fuel gas onto the single surface or both surfaces, and forming the silicone release layer on top of the surface modification layer by applying the curable silicone composition to the surface modification layer and then curing the composition.

    摘要: Disclosed is a polymer electrolyte battery affording a high capacity density in which a layer of electrode active material mixture containing a polymer has an adequately regulated porosity and/or polymer content. The battery includes a unitary, laminated battery sheet composed of a negative electrode combined with positive electrodes, with a porous polymer separator being placed on both surfaces of the negative electrode. Each of the electrodes comprises a current collector and a layer of active material mixture disposed on both surfaces of the current collector, and the polymer is capable of absorbing and retaining nonaqueous electrolyte. The separator and the layer of electrode active material mixture have a porosity of 30 to 60%. Preferable polymer contents in the layer of active material mixture are in a range of 5 to 10 wt % for the positive electrode and in a range of 7 to 16 wt % for the negative electrode.
