Abstract: A method and apparatus for indicating vehicle-to-everything (V2X) or road side unit (RSU) function support in a wireless communication system is provided. A radio access network (RAN) node may transmit an indication of V2X/RSU function support of the RAN node to another RAN node. Alternatively, if the RAN nodes does not support V2X/RSU function, the RAN node may transmit a message including a cause value indicating that the RAN node does not support V2X/RSU function.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a vehicle to everything (V2X) message of a first road side unit (RSU) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of transmitting, to an ITS server, information associated with PC5 interface congestion; after transmitting the information associated with PC5 interface congestion, receiving a first V2X message; and broadcasting a second V2X message on the basis of the first V2X message, wherein the second V2X message indicates that the second V2X message is control information via a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) service data unit (SDU).

Abstract: Upon receiving an uplink (UL) V2X message from a vehicle user equipment (UE) or a road side unit (RSU) UE, a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) application server determines information on resource allocation for a downlink (DL) V2X message and transmits the information on resource allocation to a multi-cell/multicast coordination entity (MCE). The MCE (for multimedia broadcast multicast services (MBMS) based resource allocation scheme) or an eNB (for single-cell point-to-multipoint (SC-PTM) resource allocation scheme) allocates resources for the DL V2X message based on the received information on resource allocation.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting a maximum stratum level in a wireless communication system. An evolved NodeB (eNB) or a home eNB (HeNB) having a global positioning system (GPS) constitutes a maximum stratum level indicating a maximum value of a hop capable of supporting radio interface based synchronization (RIBS) and transmits the constituted maximum stratum level to a small cell. Meanwhile, the small cell determines whether a stratum level is greater than the maximum stratum level, and transmits the maximum stratum level to the eNB or the HeNB having the GPS when the stratum level is greater than the maximum stratum level.
