Abstract: Disclosed are a method for allocating resources in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor. In particular, a method for allocating radio resources to a UE in a wireless communication system, comprising: a step of receiving, from a first base station, first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration information including semi-persistent resource allocation information of a first cluster; a step of being allocated a first SPS resource on the basis of the first SPS configuration information by receiving an SPS assignment from the first base station; and a step of, when the UE performs handover to a second cluster belonging to the same cluster group as the first cluster, being allocated a second SPS resource on the basis of the first SPS configuration information by receiving an SPS assignment from a second base station.
