摘要: An electrical inspection apparatus performs highly accurate electrical inspection using an inspection probe on any type of printed board without changing an instrument therefor. It comprises a reference position regulating member for positioning the printed board precisely at a predetermined reference position and a pressing member for pressing the printed board oppositely to the reference position regulating member. An inspected portion (e.g., a contact) of the printed board is fixed under tension and is precisely located at the reference position in planar condition by being contacted and positioned by the reference position regulating member, whereby it is subjected to electrical inspection using the inspection probe accompanied with the reference position regulating member and/or the pressing member. Thus, it is possible to prevent the inspection probe from being unexpectedly damaged or destroyed by excessive force that is produced due to inaccurate positioning therefor.

摘要: In a radar, a coupler extracts a part of a transmission signal as a local signal and a mixer mixes a reception signal from a circulator and the local signal so as to output an intermediate frequency signal which is the frequency difference between the transmission signal and the reception signal. An IF-amplifying circuit amplifies the intermediate frequency signal and an AD converter converts the signal to digital data. A DC-removing unit removes a DC component by subtracting the average from the data and an FFT operation unit performs fast Fourier transform so that the distance to a target and the relative velocity of the target are calculated based on a peak included in the frequency spectrum.

摘要: This invention relates to water-based hydrophilic coatings suitable for giving hydrophilicity primarily to the surface of aluminum and to a process for manufacturing precoated fin materials for heat exchangers with use of said coatings. The coatings are composed of colloidal silica with a dispersed particle diameter of 5 to 100 nm, water-soluble polymers containing at least carboxylic acid polymers, anionic surfactants and water; the colloidal silica and the water-soluble polymers are present at a weight ratio of 30:70 to 70:30 on a solid basis in a combined content of 4 to 20% by weight, the content of carboxyl group in the carboxylic acid polymers contained in the water-soluble polymers is 20 to 63% by weight, the anionic surfactants are alkali salts of sulfosuccinic acid monoalkyl esters with alkyl groups containing 1 to 18 carbon atoms and present in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight of the combined solid content of the colloidal silica and the water-soluble polymers, and the pH is 1 to 5 as a whole. The process for manufacturing precoated fin materials for heat exchangers comprises applying the water-based hydrophilic coatings to the surface of aluminum fin materials to a solid weight of 0.3 to 1.5 g/m.sup.2 and drying under heat.
