    摘要: An information processing equipment providing easy operations of changing-over character species, and, in which characters can be entered without being conscious of the designation of a character mode. Signals entered from an input device are handled in conformity with all of a romaji (Roman character) input system, a kana (Japanese syllabary) input system and an alphanumeric input system. Results obtained with the respective input systems are all displayed in the predetermined part of a display screen. In the equipment, the character mode intended by a user is estimated as to the entered character string, and is automatically selected. In another aspect of performance, a controller determines whether or not a character mode likelihood decision unit and a character code translation unit are started, in accordance with the results of the comparisons between the key code string and the registered contents of a learning information buffer. The position of the entered key code string as corresponds to the length of the longest one of the key code strings is detected as a boundary position, the entered key code string is translated into character codes with the unit of the translation being a key code string which extends up to the detected boundary position, and the translated character codes are displayed.

    摘要: An IC card ejecting device for selectively ejecting one of two IC cards which are inserted in respective connectors and disposed in parallel to each other side by side. The device comprises a dial which is disposed between the IC cards and movable in a first direction for ejecting one of the IC cards and a second direction opposite to the first direction for ejecting the other of the IC cards. A first pulling out plate has a hook which engages with one of the IC cards. A second pulling out plate has a hook which engages with the other IC card. A first link is arranged between the dial and the first plate in such a way that the first link engages with the first plate and urges it in a direction of pulling out the one of IC cards from the connector when the dial is rotated in the first direction. A second link is arranged between the dial and the second plate in such a way that the second link engages with the second plate and urges it in a direction of pulling out the other of IC cards from the connector when the dial is rotated in the second direction.

    摘要: An input key apparatus comprises a keyboard including a plurality of keys and generating key signals when keys are pressed and a key input decoder receiving the key signals from the keyboard for generating decoded key signals. The key input decoder also generates a single key depression signal when a key of the keyboard is pressed one time, and a multi-key depression signal when two or more keys of the keyboard are simultaneously pressed. A chattering prevention circuit receives the single key depression signal and the multi-key depression signal for determining on the basis of the received signals whether or not the key signal received by the decoder is valid, for the purpose of generating a key input valid signal. An output circuit receives the decoded key signals for latching the decoded key signal in response to the key input valid signal.

When a high voltage is applied to the electrodes (11), a plasma (15) is generated at an end (10a) of each dielectric (10) exposed so as to be accessible to a gas. In the plasma actuator (1), the electrodes (11) and dielectrics (10) are alternately stacked one on another. The plasma actuator (1) includes a stepped exposed portion (X). The plasma actuator (1) in which the electrodes (11) and dielectrics (10) are arranged such that the ends (10a) of the dielectrics (10) are exposed in the normal line direction of the object surface (B) in the stacked order in the stepped exposed portion (X) can suppress the flow of the generated plasma even when the plasma actuator is exposed to a high-speed airflow under high pressure. This stabilizes the plasma.
