摘要: The purpose of the invention is to provide a standard work time updating method and system in which a work time is declared by a worker without requiring an observer or the like and the reliability of the updated data of standard work time can be prevented from being degraded due to a worker's false or erroneous declaration. To achieve this purpose, for example, the standard work time updating system is configured as follows. When a reliability determination unit (24) determines that a work time required for work and declared by a worker is not departed from a predetermined range in the work time data distribution of the work stored in a database, a standard work time for the work is updated to a standard work time calculated from the declared work time, and otherwise, the standard work time is not updated. In addition, when it is determined that a work area estimated by a work area estimation unit (23) matches a work area declared by a worker, a standard work time for the work is updated to the calculated standard work time, and otherwise, the standard work time is not updated.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a liquid-discharge head substrate including a base material provided with an energy generating element that generates energy utilized for discharging liquid, a noble metal layer including noble metal provided on a surface of the base material on energy generating element side, and a material layer provided to come into contact with the noble metal layer. The manufacturing method includes preparing the base material on which the material layer is provided, oxidizing a part of a surface of the material layer by discharging electricity in oxygen-containing gas, and providing the noble metal layer on the base material.

摘要: A print head formed in a simplified and less costly manufacture process can be effective in preventing the peeling-off between a substrate and a flow passage forming member. In the print head, a protective layer is formed between the flow passage forming member and a heat generating portion. The protective layer contains a noble metal. On a side of the flow passage forming member, the surface of the protective layer is made of an oxide of a noble metal, except in a portion corresponding to the heat generating portion, while in the portion corresponding to the heat generating portion on the flow passage forming member side, the surface thereof is made of the noble metal.

摘要: On a liquid ejection head substrate, an upper protective layer, as well as coming into contact with a resin layer of a path forming member having an ejection opening, comes into contact with ink in a heat generating portion inside the channel formed. The upper protective layer contains iridium and silicon. The upper protective layer is configured so that, at a surface in contact with the ink and resin layer, Ir100-XSiX attains a 15 at. %≦X≦30 at. % silicon content rate, and that X approaches zero as a position in the upper protective layer approaches an adhesion layer. As a result, at the interface where the upper protective layer comes into contact with the path forming member, by the silicon attaining the heretofore described content rate, it is possible to improve the adhesion with the path forming member made of resin compared with a case of using iridium alone.

摘要: An ink jet head circuit board is provided which has heaters to generate thermal energy for ink ejection as they are energized. This circuit board has the heaters formed with high precision to reduce their areas. It also has provisions to protect the electrode wires against corrosion and prevent a progress of corrosion. The substrate is deposited with the thin first electrodes made of a corrosion resistant metal. This is further deposited with the resistor layer. The second electrodes made of aluminum are deposited to overlap the first electrodes to form the heater without causing large dimensional variations among the heaters. With this construction, if a defect should occur in a protective layer on or near the heater, a progress of corrosion can effectively be prevented because the material of the resistor layer is more resistant to encroachment than aluminum and the first electrodes are corrosion resistant.
