摘要: A communication device reduces a processing time required at the time of mutually converting different wireless or wired communication protocol and improves a real-time property. The communication device includes two or more communication units which communicate with two or more external devices and a communication controller which processes communication data. The communication controller has table information that associates a communication path, a type of the communication unit, and conversion-info, and an input and output unit that inputs and outputs the table information. According to the added conversion-info, a conversion unit sequentially performs various conversion processes (protocol conversion, routing, communication quality evaluation, fragmentation/integration of communication interface, fragment/defragment process, frame multiplication/integration, and frequency setting).

摘要: A storage medium management part includes a stored data amount adjustment part that: stores a maximum data amount which the storage medium can store at the time of startup of a storage control device, and a stored data amount which is an initial stored amount, in a data amount storage part; upon receiving a write amount of a data in response to a write request, writes a new stored data amount calculated by adding the write amount to the already stored data amount, over the already stored data amount; calculates a free space by subtracting the stored data amount from the maximum data amount; determines a deletion amount of the data if the free space does not takes a value not less than a prescribed value; and writes a newly-calculated stored data amount calculated by subtracting the deletion amount from the stored data amount, over the stored data amount.

摘要: An information processor capable of ensuring time synchronization accuracy, ensuring EtherCAT command consistency, and easily developing the software based on a 2-port configuration even when a communication path error occurs includes: an arithmetic section; at least two communication sections each including a transmission section and a reception section; and a redundant communication control section that controls a communication path between the arithmetic section and the communication section. The redundant communication control section includes: a communication path state determination section that determines a network path state; and a redundant path switching section that switches connection between the arithmetic section and at least two communication sections. The network provides a logical ring topology for a packet communication path. The redundant path switching section functions based on the communication path state determined by the communication path state determination section and changes a connection path between the communication sections and a communication path between the communication section and the arithmetic section.

摘要: Side faces of anodes have a tapered incline that becomes broader toward a lower layer. Thus, an emissive element layer is smoothly formed on the anodes making it possible to prevent field contraction of the electric field. An EL display apparatus having long life and high yield is provided by preventing the emissive element layer from rupturing between an anode and a cathode and by preventing concentration of the electric field at an upper edge of the anode facing the cathode and localized deterioration in the emissive element layer.

摘要: In a liquid crystal display device, a thickness of a liquid crystal layer in each pixel is adjusted based on a display color (red, green, and blue). For example, thicknesses of color filters corresponding to the display colors are varied based on the display color to set the thickness (cell gap) of the liquid crystal layer in each pixel to a predetermined value corresponding to a transmittance of the liquid crystal. A spacer provided to maintain the cell gap at a constant value is not provided in a region, among the plurality of display colors, having a large cell gap and the spacer is provided above the color filter or the like at a pixel region having smaller cell gap. With this structure, all spacers provided within a cell can substantially contribute to maintaining the gap.

摘要: A first contact hole is formed penetrating a gate insulating film, on which a gate electrode is formed and simultaneously a first contact is formed in the first contact hole. A second contact hole penetrating an interlayer insulating film is formed, and a second contact is formed in the second contact hole. A third contact hole is formed penetrating a planarization film, and an electrode is formed in the third contact hole. By using a plurality of contact holes for electrically connecting the electrode and a semiconductor film, the aspect ratio of each contact hole can be reduced, thereby achieving improvement in yield, high-level integration due to a reduction in difference in area between upper and bottom surfaces of the contact, and other advantageous improvements.

摘要: An evaporation mask onto which an opening is formed for selectively allowing passage of an evaporation substance from an evaporation source onto a glass substrate to form an evaporation layer of an electroluminescence element in a predetermined pattern is placed between an evaporation source and a glass substrate and evaporation is performed. As a material for the evaporation mask, a material having a thermal expansion coefficient 160% or smaller of the thermal coefficient of glass is employed so as to minimize the thermal deformation of the evaporation mask which is closer the evaporation source and temperature of which is increased, to thereby improve the evaporation patterning precision.
