    摘要: A processing solution useful for the development of or halftone dot reduction of a metal image-forming material comprising a support, a thin metallic layer composed mainly of aluminum on the support and a photosensitive resin layer on the metallic layer, with the processing solution comprising (1) an alkaline solution, such as an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, and (2) at least one compound of the formula (I) or (II):m(brO.sub.3).sub.p (I)m.sub.m (IO.sub.n).sub.p (II)wherein M represents a hydrogen atom or a metal having a valence of 1 to 3, m represents 1, 2, 3, or 5, n represents 3, 4, or 6, and p represents 1, 2 or 3, which solution lends itself to safe storage and handling, and permits rapid and uniform etching of the metallic layer of the metal image-forming material without bubble formation occurring.

    摘要: Even after power-down, distinction between a transition from a PLL normal-oscillation state and a transition from a PLL self-oscillation is allowed.A semiconductor device includes a first region which, after having transited from a power-supply state to a power-down state, returns to the power-supply state again, a second region which holds a power source voltage regardless of power-down of the first region, and an oscillator which generates a first clock signal supplied to the first region. The first region includes a PLL circuit. The second region includes an information holding unit capable of holding information which can distinguish whether the operation mode of the PLL circuit is a PLL normal-oscillation mode or a PLL self-oscillation mode, and determines the operation mode of the PLL circuit when the first region has returned from the power-down state to the power-supply state, according to the information held in the information holding unit.

    摘要: Disclosed is an aluminum alloy clad material which includes a core material; a sacrificial anode material on one surface of the core material; and a filler material on the other surface of the core material and composed of an Al—Si alloy, in which the core material contains 0.3 to 2.0 percent by mass of Mn, 0.15 to 1.6 percent by mass of Si, 0.1 to 1.0 percent by mass of Cu, and 0.1 to 1.0 percent by mass of Mg, with the remainder including Al and inevitable impurities, the sacrificial anode material contains 7.0 to 12.0 percent by mass of Zn, 0.3 to 1.8 percent by mass of Mn, and 0.3 to 1.2 percent by mass of Si, with the remainder including Al and inevitable impurities, and has a thickness of 10 to 30 μm. The sacrificial anode material shows resistance to both local corrosion and general corrosion.
