摘要： At least one kind of control signal concerning control of contents, added to specific locations inside contents data, is detected as first control information, and at the same time, at least one kind of control information concerning control of contents, embedded inside the contents data by a digital watermark, is detected as second control information. Consistency between the first control information as detected, and the second control information as detected is determined and on the basis of results of the determination, the control of the contents is executed. Thus, it is possible to reduce a possibility of the contents being improperly copied, thereby enabling the control with assurance of still higher safety.

The linear solenoid valve 60 controls the operation of the off-going pressure releasing valves in correspondence to the throttle opening of the engine. In this case, the smaller the throttle opening of the engine, the earlier the timing for releasing the hydraulic pressure from the frictionally engaging element used for the off-going speed ratio is set.

摘要： A time lapse magnetic recording/reproduction apparatus for recording and reproducing picture signals while intermittently thinning them out in a frame unit is used for monitoring and burglar-proofing in plants, shops, banks, etc. Recording picture information is generated and added to one continuous picture signal obtained by sequentially switching the output of each video camera, and is then recorded. A speed multiple k for a normal tape travelling speed is optimally set by servo circuit on the basis of the recording picture information (the total number m of channels) detected from the reproduction picture signals reconstructed by double-azimuth four heads at the time of search reproduction, and a search reproduction picture throughout the full screen of a monitor television is obtained in full recording channels. At the same time, a write period into an image memory is controlled in accordance with the recording picture information (the total number m of detection channels) and a reproduction head signal level, and read controller then controls sequentially readout of the picture signals from image memory storing therein only specific channels.

摘要： An information recording and reproducing apparatus that prevents an information recording medium from being taken out of its cartridge inadvertently. The information recording medium allows recording information thereon by irradiation of an energy beam. The cartridge comprises a body and a cap adapted to a separable from the body or opened/closed thereon. An information recording medium is accommodated in the cartridge to allow recording and reproducing of information by irradiation of the energy beam. The cartridge also has locking member for fixing the body and the cap together in a closed state. If the information recording medium needs to be taken out of the cartridge after the same has been set on the recording and reproducing apparatus, the locking member is released to make the cap separable from the body or open on the body and the cartridge is ejected from the recording and reproducing apparatus.
