    摘要： Summarizing, we may say that this invention involves a stopper for bottles of beverages in general, particularly for wine, champagne, cider, sodas, and the like, which comprises: a metallic cap with internal plastic plastering (liner) so as to attain airtight closure and a “twist-off” system or the like with screwed threads that enables a quick opening of the bottle; a plastic cube of adequate hardness, with negative impressions or locks that hold and coincide with the external locks in the metallic cap, and the external diameter of which has a number of vertical grooves that allow for an anti-turn locking mechanism when it is placed inside an external aluminum cover; an external aluminum cover, the internal diameter of which locks with the outside of the referred plastic cube, in a cylinder-like and closed manner on one end on which are set the two parts mentioned above. It may have different width and length according to the purpose it is intended to serve, and it has circular threads or frangible bridges in order to guarantee the security of the content.

    摘要： A beverage bottle, in particular a wine or sparkling wine bottle, having a bottle neck which leads into a pouring opening having a closure system which, on the one hand, makes it possible to prevent the stored beverage from being impaired in its taste even during a long storage period and, on the other hand, accommodates the esteem of the consumers to a special degree. The pouring opening is closed with a crown cap surrounded by an external packing composed of a molded cap and of a capsule which encircles the molded cap together with a part of the bottle neck. The molded cap is dimensioned so that, when the beverage bottle is closed, the impression of an upper-band mouth arises. In a method for closing the beverage bottle, the molded cap is initially connected to a starting body provided for forming the capsule and then put over the pouring opening provided with the crown cap, the starting body subsequently being rolled or shrunk onto the molded cap as well as on the respective part of the bottle neck to form the capsule.

    摘要： A bottle closing cap is disclosed that is openable merely by a finger pressure on a domed top side of the cap, whereby it is possible to provoke an expansion of a depending, axially preslit cap skirt portion of the cap. The cap can resist overpressure in the bottle because the ends of the skirt segments are stabilized against overlapping, e.g. in that at each slit (6) they are shaped with respective counterphased edges (12,14). Hereby the caps will be mountable by a fully conventional equipment and, despite being easy to open, they will resist a considerable pressure in the bottles.

The height of the threads as measured from the upper surface of the neck is greater than onequarter of the external diameter of the neck at the threads. The neck is provided with a ring below the threads having a diameter exceeding the external diameter of the neck at the threads by at least 10 percent. Standard bottles have external diameters equal to 25 mm, rarely greater than 26 mm; for such bottles, the ring diameter exceeds the external diameter by at least 2.5 mm. The ring protects and guides the fingers of the user when unscrewing the crown.
