摘要: The present invention provides a biomass gasification device that optimizes the pyrolysis temperature of biomass, the reforming temperature of pyrolysis gas, and the atmosphere thereof to generate a reformed gas containing a large amount of valuable gas. The present invention related to a biomass gasification device that is provided with a biomass pyrolyzer, a pyrolysis gas reformer, and a pyrolysis gas introduction pipe, wherein: the biomass pyrolyzer is further provided with a heat carrier inlet and outlet ports, and performs pyrolysis on the biomass by heat of the heat carrier; the pyrolysis gas reformer performs steam-reforming on pyrolysis gas generated by the pyrolysis of biomass; the pyrolysis gas reformer is further provided with an air or oxygen blow-in port; and the pyrolysis gas introduction pipe is provided on the biomass pyrolyzer-side surface below the upper surface of the heat carrier layer formed in the biomass pyrolyzer.

摘要: A biomass gasification power generation system including: a gas generation device that generates a combustible gas from a biomass and a gasification agent; an internal combustion engine that generates motive power from a fuel gas containing the combustible gas generated by the gas generation device; and a generator that generates electric power from the motive power generated by the internal combustion engine. The power generation system is additionally provided with a water electrolysis device that generates oxygen and hydrogen through the electrolysis of water. The gasification agent contains oxygen generated by the water electrolysis device, and the fuel gas contains hydrogen generated by the water electrolysis device. The oxygen concentration in the gasification agent is from 22 vol. % to 40 vol. %.

摘要: Gasifiers, gasification systems, and methods for producing synthesis gas are disclosed. A gasifier can include a gasifier body. A feeder can be positioned to feed an organic material into the gasifier body. A pulse detonation burner can be located under or above the gasifier body and connected to the gasifier body to direct supersonic shockwaves upward into the gasifier body to heat the organic material and to form a jet spouted bed of the organic material or to operate as an entrained flow reactor. An outlet can be located at the gasifier body to allow removal of synthesis gas, residual ash, and other reaction products.

摘要: The present invention includes a method for converting renewable energy source electricity and a hydrocarbon feedstock into a liquid fuel by providing a source of renewable electrical energy in communication with a synthesis gas generation unit and an air separation unit. Oxygen from the air separation unit and a hydrocarbon feedstock is provided to the synthesis gas generation unit, thereby causing partial oxidation reactions in the synthesis gas generation unit in a process that converts the hydrocarbon feedstock into synthesis gas. The synthesis gas is then converted into a liquid fuel.

The gasification furnace may include a furnace body including a cylindrical storing unit that may store a biomass resource, an oxidizer supplying unit that may supply an oxidizer into the furnace body, a shaft extended in a vertical direction in the storing unit and including an oxidizer supply path through which the oxidizer may be passed, an oxidizer supply tube that may include an oxidizer channel that communicates between a supply port for the oxidizer opened in an outer surface in contact with the biomass resource in the storing unit and the oxidizer supply path of the shaft, and a driving unit that may rotate the shaft with the vertical direction in the storing unit set as a rotation axis to thereby turn the oxidizer supply tube in the storing unit.
