    Abstract: In a first system signal processing unit, a first system auxiliary filter generates a correction signal for correcting an error signal from a noise signal, a first system subtractor subtracts the correction signal from an output of a first microphone to obtain an error signal, an adaptive filter performs an adaptive operation using the error signal to generate a cancel sound output from a first speaker, and a DMS detects a position of a user's ear. When the position of the user's ear moves, the controller stops the adaptive operation, updates the transfer function of the first system auxiliary filter to the transfer function corresponding to the noise cancel position matching the position of the user's ear, gradually changes the transfer function of the adaptive filter to the transfer function corresponding to the matching noise cancel position, and resumes the adaptive operation after the change is completed.

    Abstract: A tunnel magnetoresistance effect (TMR) device includes an exchange coupling film having a first ferromagnetic layer, which is at least a portion of a fixed magnetic layer, and an antiferromagnetic layer laminated on the first ferromagnetic layer. The ferromagnetic layer includes an X(Cr—Mn) layer containing one or two or more elements X selected from the group consisting of the platinum group elements and Ni, and also containing Mn and Cr. The X(Cr—Mn) layer has a first region relatively near the first ferromagnetic layer, and a second region relatively far away from the first ferromagnetic layer, and the content of Mn in the first region is higher than that in the second region.

    Abstract: A current sensor includes: plate-shaped bus bars; a magnetic detection portion; and a shell holding the bus bars. The bus bars are arranged in a first direction. The housing includes bracket supports provided at ends of two opposing side surfaces among the four side surfaces of the housing, the ends being situated opposite ends, of the two opposing side surfaces, to which the bottom of the housing is connected. The bracket includes connection portions bonded to the respective bracket supports. The bracket supports of the housing and the connection portions of the bracket are connected together in a state in which the bracket is inserted into a space of the housing.
