Abstract: A spout assembly a spout, a cap, a band portion, and a rib. The spout has a side wall having a cylindrical shape, an external thread, and a flange. The cap has a top plate, a peripheral wall connected to an outer peripheral edge of the top plate, and an internal thread screwed to the external thread. The band portion is connected to an end of the peripheral wall to fix the cap to the spout at a position between the peripheral wall and the spout. The rib connects the peripheral wall to the band portion and protrudes toward an inside of the cap from the inner peripheral surface at an end portion of the peripheral wall and an inner peripheral surface of the band portion. The spout further has a protrusion provided on the side wall to restrict movement of the cap and the band portion.
