Abstract: Disclosed are a quantum system-based image pattern recognition computation apparatus and method for machine vision and a quantum system-based machine vision apparatus. The computation apparatus recognizes patterns between images in machine vision by using a quantum system. The computation apparatus includes a modeling unit and an interpretation unit. The modeling unit sets up an objective function based on the similarity between a first pattern derived from the relationships between points of interests of a first image and a second pattern derived from the relationships between points of interests of a second image. The interpretation unit finds an optimum first pattern and an optimum second pattern, in which the similarity between the first pattern and the second pattern is optimized, by interpreting a final quantum state obtained through an adiabatic evolution process of the quantum system in which the objective function is optimized.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fully ceramic capsulated nuclear fuel material containing three-layer-structured isotropic nuclear fuel particles coated with a ceramic having a composition which has a higher shrinkage than a matrix in order to prevent cracking of ceramic nuclear fuel, wherein the three-layer-structured nuclear fuel particles before coating is included in the range of between 5 and 40 fractions by volume based on after sintering. More specifically, the present invention provides a composition for preparing a fully ceramic capsulated nuclear fuel containing three-layer-structured isotropic particles coated with the substance which includes, as a main ingredient, a silicon carbine derived from a precursor of the silicon carbide wherein a condition of ΔLc>ΔLm at normal pressure sintering is created, where the sintering shrinkage of the coating layer of the three-layer-structured isotropic nuclear fuel particles is ΔLc and the sintering shrinkage of the silicon carbide matrix is ΔLm; material produced therefrom; and a method for manufacturing the material. The residual porosity of the fully ceramic capsulated nuclear fuel material is 4% or less.

Abstract: A quantum mechanical arithmetic operation method for machine vision, based on orbital qubit is performed by a quantum processing processor. The quantum mechanical arithmetic operation method comprises, obtaining a first labeled graph connecting between feature points of the first image and a second labeled graph connecting feature points of the second image, generating a point-to-point combination by matching the feature points of the first image with the feature points the second image, generating a conflict graph by adding the largest point-to-point combination by comparing the point-to-point combinations with the threshold, generating non-constrained binary optimization equation for finding a maximum independent set of conflict graphs, converting the non-constrained binary optimization equation into Ising model of the quantum system, and calculating the Hamiltonian of Ising model based on an orbital qubit to obtain solution of the non-constrained binary optimization equation.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for correcting the ionospheric distortion of an SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) interferogram are disclosed herein. The transformed MAI interferogram generation unit generates a transformed MAI interferogram representative of the azimuth direction derivatives of ionospheric distortion phases using the phases of the MAI interferogram. The ionospheric distortion interferogram generation unit generates an ionospheric distortion interferogram using the transformed MAI interferogram. The corrected SAR interferogram acquisition unit acquires a corrected SAR interferogram by eliminating the generated ionospheric distortion interferogram from the SAR interferogram.
