Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide an MEC platform handover method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: receiving a handover notification sent by a handover notification device, where the handover notification device is a source access network device of to-be-handed-over UE or a target MEC platform of the to-be-handed-over UE; determining a TEID of the to-be-handed-over UE according to the handover notification; obtaining context of the to-be-handed-over UE according to the TEID of the to-be-handed-over UE; and sending the context to the target MEC platform. The present invention resolves a problem that provision of application data by an MEC platform to UE is interrupted when the UE is being handed over between access network devices, thereby providing continuous services to the UE. The present invention is applicable to a handover between MEC platforms.

A QoS control method and a device are disclosed. In the method, a session management function SMF entity obtains service data flow SDF-level QoS control information; the SMF entity sends the SDF-level QoS control information to a terminal; and the terminal performs QoS control on an uplink data packet based on the SDF-level QoS control information, or deletes the SDF-level QoS control information. In the foregoing method embodiments, the terminal can perform the QoS control on the uplink data packet based on the SDF-level QoS control information.

Embodiments of the present application provide a monitoring server, a resolution server, a request device, and a node selection method. The monitoring server in the present application includes a receiver, a processor, and a transmitter. The receiver is configured to receive a selection request message sent by the resolution server; the processor is configured to generate a first source node suggestion table according to the selection request message and a source node selection table; and the transmitter is configured to send the first source node suggestion table to the resolution server, so that the resolution server generates a second source node suggestion table according to the first source node suggestion table and sends the second source node suggestion table to the request device, and the request device selects a source node according to the second source node suggestion table.

The method includes determining that UE accessing a public network is first-type UE, and transferring the UE to the communications network of the high-speed moving vehicle. The first-type UE is UE used by a user taking the high-speed moving vehicle.

A service processing method and apparatus to expand a use range of the value-added service, where the method includes receiving, by an agent node, a first ciphertext from a user agent (UA), where the first ciphertext is obtained by encrypting service information by the UA using a first key, decrypting the first ciphertext using a second key to obtain the service information, and sending the service information to a service processing system such that the service processing system processes the service information according to a value-added service, and triggers a process of sending the processed service information to a network server. The first key and the second key are keys agreed on between the UA and the agent node when the UA and the agent node establish an encrypted connection.

A control method and apparatus for load transmission is provided. The control method includes: receiving a trigger event reported by a proxy server, where the trigger event includes a first transmission delay of a first member transmission path and a second transmission delay of a second member transmission path, and reporting the trigger event when one of the first and the second transmission delays is greater than a first delay threshold, The method also includes initiating a request to a packet data network gateway and obtaining network information fed back by the packet data network gateway. The method also includes controlling, according to the first transmission delay, the second transmission delay, and the network information, the proxy server to perform corresponding load distribution.

The routing method includes: receiving a first data packet sent by a first mobile node to a first communication peer end, where the first mobility router is a mobility router in a visited network of the first mobile node, and the first data packet includes an address of the first communication peer end; acquiring an address of a proxy routing entity based on the address of the first communication peer end, where the proxy routing entity is located in a communication path between the first mobility router and the first communication peer end; establishing a first tunnel to the proxy routing entity based on the address of the proxy routing entity; and transmitting, by using the first tunnel, a data packet sent by the first communication peer end to the first mobile node.

A route optimization method, where the method includes establishing a forwarding tunnel between a first mobile router (MR) in which a first user equipment (UE) is currently located and a second MR in which a second UE is currently located, where at least one UE of the first UE and the second UE is currently located in a visited network, and transmitting data between the first UE and the second UE over the forwarding tunnel, where the forwarding tunnel is established between MRs in visited networks such that data is transmitted over the forwarding tunnel, which may reduce route redundancy.

The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for secure processing of a short message, and relates to the field of wireless communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a second device, identifier information sent by a first device; sending a rejection indication or a query result to the first device if the second device determines, according to the identifier information, that a receiver is a machine type communication MTC device or determines that the identifier information is not in an authorization list; or sending an acknowledgement indication or a query result to the first device if the second device determines, according to the identifier information, that a receiver is another device other than an MTC device or determines that the identifier information is in an authorization list. Embodiments of the present invention are mainly applied to a secure processing procedure of a short message.
