A saddle (14) is supported on a side of the column (13) movably in a vertical direction, and a ram stock (15) is supported on the saddle (14) movably in a horizontal direction. A main spindle (16) is rotatably supported by the ram stock (15). A weight (22) is supported in the column (13) movably in a direction parallel to the ram stock (15), so that the weight (22) can be moved horizontally by a servo motor (23). An NC device (25) moves the weight (22) by the servo motor (23) synchronously with a movement of the ram stock (15), to adjust balance of the column (13), thereby enabling to reduce the size of an apparatus and realize space saving.

    摘要: The amino acid sequences of paratope regions involved in internalizing function of an anti-mortalin antibody into tumor cells were determined for the L-chain and H-chain variable regions of cellular internalizing anti-mortalin antibodies and non-internalizing anti-mortalin antibodies. Cancer-cell-specific drug delivery is provided by using the mortalin-binding activity of a single-chain antibody (scFv) wherein L-chain and H-chain variable regions both having the paratope region are linked together via a peptide linker. Also, the sequence of 6 amino acids of an epitope to be recognized by an anti-mortalin antibody having the internalizing function was determined. With the use of an expression vector comprising a nucleic acid that encodes the epitope, an agent for accelerating internalization of a mortalin antibody, a drug bound thereto, and the like into cancer cells is provided.

    摘要: A suck-back valve includes a piston and a valve body linked via a shaft portion. An open/close valve, operated by fluid pressure, is provided with a suck-back function. A suck-back chamber formed in an internal channel of the open/close valve and an actuator that operates the piston are separated by a diaphragm linked to and operating with the shaft portion. The shaft portion includes a valve-body-side shaft portion and a piston-side shaft portion. The piston-side shaft portion is loosely fitted to the valve-body-side shaft portion, allowing for independent movement in an axial direction. The closing operation of the valve body involves a two-step operation where, first, the shaft portion, along with the piston and the diaphragm, moves to the fully closed position of the valve body and where, second, the piston-side shaft portion moves with the piston and the diaphragm to increase the volume of the suck-back chamber.

    摘要: The invention relates to printing print data and advertisement data and charging for the printing so that a printing fee is reduced in accordance with the printing of the advertisement data. A size of the advertisement data to be printed is input and the advertisement data and the input size are transmitted to a control apparatus. The control apparatus receives a print sheet size designation and output information, determines a layout which corresponds to a type of the output information, to secure an advertisement area for printing the advertisement data on the determined layout. The advertisement data is selected in accordance with the secured size in the layout, and at least one of a number of times of printing the advertisement data, a unit price of the advertisement data, print position settings of the advertisement data, a size adjusting method of the advertisement data, and an arrangement orientation of the advertisement data. Print data is then generated and a bar code indicating a print fee for printing of the output information, which is reduced in accordance with the advertisement data being printed, is added to the generated print data.
