    摘要: Provided is a high pressure heat treatment apparatus including: an internal chamber accommodating an object to be heat-treated; an external chamber including a housing and a partition plate partitioning the housing into a high-temperature zone accommodating the internal chamber and a low-temperature zone having a lower temperature than the high-temperature zone, the partition plate including a discharge hole for allowing the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone to communicate with each other; a gas supply module configured to supply a process gas for the heat treatment to the internal chamber at a first pressure higher than that of the atmosphere, and supply a protective gas to the high-temperature zone and the low-temperature zone at a second pressure set in relation to the first pressure; and a discharge module configured to open the discharge hole to discharge the protective gas in the high-temperature zone to the low-temperature zone.

    摘要: A continuous pusher furnace includes a product carrier assembly incorporating a traveling gas barrier. The product carrier assembly comprises a plate disposed to receive product thereon and a gas barrier extending upwardly from the plate. The perimeter of the gas barrier is sized and configured to fit within a vestibule between heating chambers in the furnace with a clearance gap with the vestibule selected to increase a gas flow velocity through the vestibule sufficient to overcome a gas diffusion velocity through the vestibule in a direction opposite to the gas flow. In this manner, gas is unable to diffuse into an upstream heating chamber. In an alternative embodiment, an exhaust outlet may also be provided in the vestibule or chamber to exhaust gas from upstream and downstream heating chambers from the furnace.

    摘要: In a rotary hearth furnace wherein objects including a mixture of a metal oxide, a reductant such as coal, and the like are fed onto the hearth, the fed objects are heated and reduced through the application of a flame of a burner provided on a ceiling portion or the upper portion of a side wall of the furnace, and the reduced objects are discharged from the furnace so as to be collected. The rotary hearth furnace has an air feeder for feeding air for secondary combustion at a position below the burner and in the vicinity of the hearth of the furnace for the purpose of burning a flammable gas generated from the objects. A flame of this secondary combustion accelerates the heating of the objects. Also, through a combined use of air for secondary combustion and excess air from the burner and an appropriate regulation of the ratio of therebetween, the objects are heated effectively.
