Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, device and apparatus for initial access, wherein a method for initial access includes: receiving a first configuration message; and establishing a connection between a relay node and an anchor node, based on the first configuration message. The method provided in this disclosure establishes a connection between the relay node and a central unit of the anchor node through the information interaction between base stations and the information interaction between base station and relay node. The present disclosure provides a scheduling method and a first node. The method includes: receiving second scheduling related information reported by at least one second node and first scheduling related information reported by at least one UE that is connected to the at least one second node; generating scheduling information used by the at least one second node for scheduling the connected UE; and transmitting the generated scheduling information to the at least one second node and/or the connected UE. A corresponding second node, third node, and computer readable medium are also provided.

The present application discloses a power headroom report (PHR) method and apparatus. A user equipment (UE) determines a PHR reporting manner according to the structure of an uplink subframe in an active serving cell, calculates PHR according to the reporting manner, and sends the PHR to a base station. According to the present disclosure, a UE proactively determines the PHR reporting manner, calculates PHR and report the PHR, thus implements PHR reporting process at the UE.

Abstract: The application provides a method for transmitting a control channel and a data channel in V2X communication, comprising the following steps of: first, determining, by a UE, resource pool configurations for a PSCCH and a PSSCH and an association relationship between the both; then, determining, by the UE and in PSCCH resource pools or a subset of PSCCH resource pools, PSCCH resources required by one or multiple times of PSCCH transmission, and further determining, in PSSCH resource pools associated with the PSCCH resource pools or in a subset of PSSCH resource pools associated with the subset of PSCCH resource pools, time-frequency domain resources for PSSCH transmission; and finally, transmitting, by the UE, corresponding information on the determined PSCCH and PSSCH resources. By the method provided by the present application, the requirement on low time delay of V2X services can be met, and the implementation complexity of a UE can be effectively controlled.

The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting data, including: performing, by a Long-Term Evolution (LTE) equipment, Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) in one channel of a unlicensed band; and determining, by the LTE equipment, whether the channel can be occupied according to a CCA measurement value in the channel, and determining a data transmission parameter if it is determined that the channel can be occupied. The present disclosure also provides a corresponding apparatus. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, the transmission power of the apparatus on the unlicensed band may be controlled, channel seizing opportunity is increased and effective coexistence is ensured.
