摘要: A transmission apparatus for a bicycle is capable of performing a transmission operation even while operating or running by the inertia of the bicycle. The transmission apparatus T for a bicycle includes a driving sprocket member rotationally driven by a crankshaft; a multi-stage driven sprocket member drivingly connected to the output shaft cooperatively engaged and rotated with the rear wheel; a chain applied over the driving sprocket member and the driven sprocket member; and a transmission changing-over mechanism M2 for positioning the chain among a plurality of transmission sprockets. The driven sprocket member is integrally arranged to always be rotated, and the one-way clutch for transmitting a rotation of the crankshaft to the driving sprocket member while in its normal rotating direction is arranged in the power transmitting path extending from the crankshaft to the driving sprocket member.

摘要: An oscillator circuit includes a current source for generating a current depending on the ambient temperature, a plurality of oscillators for oscillating at respective periods depending on the current from the current source and based on different relations between the ambient temperature and the periods, and a frequency demultiplication unit for receiving an output signal from one of the oscillators selected by a period selecting circuit 103. The frequency dividing ratio of the frequency demultiplication circuit is set so that a higher ambient temperature provides a smaller frequency dividing ratio.

摘要: A semiconductor memory device including an on-chip ECC circuit and having a data retention mode which includes, in the order of state transition, an encoding state EEST by an error correction circuit in which the error correction circuit carries out calculation of parity bits of data of the memory cells, a burst self-refresh state BSST in which the memory cells are self-refreshed in a burst with a period shorter than in ordinary self-refresh, a power-off state PFST in which an internal power supply circuit is partially turned off, a power-on state PNST in which the internal power supply circuit, partially turned off, is turned on, and a decoding state EDST by the error correction circuit in which the error correction circuit corrects errors of the memory cells. In case a command for exiting from the data retention mode in the encoding state, transition may be made to an idle state IST so that re-entry may be made from the decoding state EDST to the BSST.

摘要: The micro relay of the present invention comprises a base substrate 3, an armature block 5, and a cover 7. The base substrate 3 has a storage recess 41 for accommodating an electromagnetic device 1. The storage recess is composed of a hole 41a penetrating the base substrate 3 and a thin storage recess lid fixed on the one surface of the base substrate to close the hole. The electromagnetic device 1 is isolated from a contact mechanism by the storage recess lid 41b to increase the reliability of the contacts. The electromagnetic device 1 includes a yoke 10, a coil 11 wound around the yoke to generate a flux in response to an exciting current, and a permanent magnet 12 secured to the yoke to generate a flux flowing through an armature 51 and the yoke 10. Because the permanent magnet 12 is secured to the yoke 10, this micro relay can reduce the thickness.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermosetting low dielectric resin composition, a laminate for use in printed wiring, a laminate for a circuit, and the like. The present invention's thermosetting low dielectric resin composition contains a specific siloxane denatured polyimide, a compound having two or more allyl or methylallyl groups, and a compound having two or more maleimide groups. This resin composition adheres extremely well to metals with a low dielectric constant and low dielectric dissipation factor, and demonstrates very little scattering of the resin during operational processes like punching or cutting. By using laminates or laminates for circuits that employ this resin composition, electrical signals can be propagated more quickly, enabling signals to be processed at faster speeds. In addition, the present invention can be applied to the formation of miniaturized circuit wiring, and is suitably employed in electronic devices employed in the high frequency region, and, in particular, in electronic devices that must be made smaller and lighter in weight.
