    摘要: An address switch circuit receives a row address signal supplied to a first address terminal group and a column address signal supplied to a second address terminal group. Further, the address switch circuit receives the row address signal supplied to the second address terminal group and thereafter receives the column address signal supplied to the second address terminal group and supplies the received row address signal and the received column address signal to the row decoder and the column decoder during a second operation mode. The number of semiconductor memories that are tested at once can be increased by executing an operation test of the semiconductor memories in the second operation mode. In addition, it becomes possible to test a semiconductor memory using test assets for other semiconductor memories. Consequently, the test efficiency can be improved, and the test cost can be reduced.

    摘要: An HGF precursor protein variant, in which a peptide structure comprises a sequence including a peptide chain X inserted between an α chain of HGF or a polypeptide where 1 to 20 amino-acid residues from the C-terminus of the α chain are deleted, and a β chain of HGF or a polypeptide where 1 to 20 amino-acid residues from the N-terminus of the β chain are deleted; wherein (i) the peptide chain X has an amino-acid sequence of at least two residues, (ii) the peptide chain X can be cleaved by a protease reaction or a chemical reaction, and (iii) a protein obtained by cleaving at least one site of the peptide chain X has HGF action.

First charging circuit includes a serial connection of a first charging capacitor for charging a reverse voltage produced in a primary coil, the detection sensor, and a first diode. Thyristor is turned on, in response to voltage-charging of the first charging capacitor, to disable an ignition operation of an ignition circuit. Second charging circuit includes a serial connection of a second charging capacitor for charging a forward voltage, produced in the primary coil, and a second diode. Transistor is turned on, in response to voltage-charging of the second charging capacitor, to disable a turning-on operation of the thyristor.

    摘要: A cellulose acetate solution is filtrated with a filter medium formed of cellulose fiber. Hydroxyl groups on the filter medium are substituted to other functional groups. An acidic material is added to the cellulose acetate solution, and the filtration is preformed. In order to estimate the hydrogen ion concentration of the organic solvent, a sample solvent of thereof is mixed with water so as to transport hydrogen ions from the sample solvent to the water of a predetermined volume. Then the water is separated from the sample solvent, and the pH value of the water is measured with a pH meter. The result of the measurement is regarded as the pH value of the organic solvent.

    摘要: A process fault analysis apparatus according to the present invention includes a process data editing unit which extracts process features from process data stored in a process data storage unit and stores the process features in a process feature data storage unit, a fault analysis rule data storage unit in which a fault analysis rule for performing fault detection and fault factor analysis from the process features is stored, a fault judgment unit which performs fault detection and fault factor analysis from the process features using the fault analysis rule, and a unit which outputs fault notification information when the fault judgment unit judges that the fault is generated. In the fault factor analysis, a contribution ratio indicating which process feature has how much influence on the fault is determined, and the process feature having the higher contribution ratio is set at the fault factor.
