Abstract:
Problem To provide a skin cosmetic which exerts a feeling of ameliorating effect on skin wrinkles and sagging by application, and is free from uncomfortable feelings in use, such as stickiness, twisting of the cosmetic applied on the skin, and squeakiness.Means for Solution A skin cosmetic is provided, which comprises an aqueous liquid of an anionic or amphoteric urethane resin dissolved or dispersed in water and wherein the anionic or amphoteric urethane resin is prepared by reacting (a) an isocyanate compound with (b) a polyol compound containing the following components (b-1) to (b-3) or the following components (b-1) to (b-4) and having a ratio of (b-1)/(b-2) of 0.15-3.0 (by mass, in terms of charge): [(b-1): cyclohexanedimethanol, (b-2): polypropylene glycol having a molecular weight of 1000-3000, (b-3): a compound having an active hydrogen and a carboxyl group in one molecule, (b-4): a compound having an active hydrogen and a tertiary amino group in one molecule.].
Abstract:
The present invention provides a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic that is excellent in the resilient and supple (in other words, firm and tensional) feels and also excellent in the moisturizing effect and feeling in use. The water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following (A) to (D): (A) 0.5 to 10 mass % of hydrogenated polyisobutene (B) an oil containing (b1) (b1) a volatile oil of low compatibility with (A) (C) an emulsifying agent and (D) 60 to 90 mass % of an aqueous component, wherein the percentage of component (b1) is 45 to 85% with respect to component (A) and component (B).
Abstract:
Provided is a novel bleomycin hydrolase production promoter.Provided is a bleomycin hydrolase production promoter, natural moisturizing factor production promoter, and dry skin remedy, comprising as an active ingredient thereof one or a plurality of ingredients selected from the group consisting of chestnut rose extract, angelica root extract, cork tree bark extract, lamium album extract, rosemary extract, benzenesulfonyl GABA and erythritol.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to providing a hyaluronidase inhibitor having a good hyaluronidase inhibiting activity. Specifically, the present invention provides with a hyaluronidase inhibitor comprising rosemary extract having a hyaluronidase inhibitory activity, and retinol acetate, which can enhances the hyaluronidase inhibitory activity of rosemary extract.
Abstract:
An evaluation method for evaluating the ultraviolet protection effect of a measurement sample applied on a substrate includes measuring, at predetermined wavelength intervals, a change over time of a spectral transmission spectrum of the measurement sample within a predetermined wavelength range by irradiating light from a light source that includes ultraviolet light, visible light, and infrared light under a predetermined irradiation condition; establishing, based on the change over time of the spectral transmission spectrum, a correlation between a light irradiation time and an erythema effective dose per unit time, which is obtained by dividing an erythema effective dose of the measurement sample by an erythema effective dose per 1 MED; and calculating an in vitro rSPF predictive value for the measurement sample on the basis of a time until a cumulative erythema effective dose, which is obtained through time integration based on the correlation, reaches 1 MED.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to an extrace of Psilotum spp., as a skin whitening agent. Whitening agents according to the invention exhibit superior effects, for example, by lightening and whitening skin pigmentation, lightening and whitening aging spots, freckles, chloasma, or the like after sunburn. The Psilotum spp. extract of the invention has a superior free radical scavenging ability permitting the extract to control skin aging and skin diseases caused by active oxygen (free radicals), while having a high level of safety.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an evaluation method which can rapidly discriminate a Dao−/− homozygote from a large number of animals produced in a mating experiment between a DAO enzyme deficient mouse and other disease model mice, to rapidly perform a quantitative measurement of the D-amino acids contained in a large number of samples. The invention provides a method for evaluating the effect of a test condition on a mouse tissue, or cultured tissue cells derived from the tissue. The method comprises the steps of: providing a Dao1−/− mouse or the like; exposing the tissue from the Dao1−/− mouse or the like, to the test condition; and analyzing the effect of exposing the tissue from the Dao1−/− mouse or the like, to the test condition.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a pyrimidinylpyrazole compound (1), wherein aminoguanidine (2) or its salt is reacted with a β-diketone compound (3) to produce the pyrimidinylpyrazole compound: wherein R1 and R3 are each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The method is excellent in the environmental compatibility and economic efficiency.
Abstract:
A skin state analyzing method for analyzing the skin state of an examinee using an image of the skin of the examinee includes an analyzing step of analyzing at least one of texture/pores, spots, skin tone, and sebum of the skin from the image, a storing step of storing the image and an analysis result obtained from the analyzing step in association with skin examination date/time information and examinee information, a display screen generating step of generating a screen displaying the image and the analysis result of the examinee stored in the storing step, and an output step of outputting the information generated in the display screen generating step.
Abstract:
A sample injection part connected to a column to inject a sample into the column; a sample injection needle attachable to the sample injection part; a sample suction part connectable to the sample injection needle and configured to cause a predetermined amount of the sample to be drawn by suction into the sample injection needle upon connecting to the sample connection needle; a mobile phase supply part configured to supply the column with a mobile phase; a first switching valve for selectively connecting the sample injection needle to one of the sample suction part and the mobile phase supply part; and a second switching valve, including the sample injection part, for supplying the sample and the mobile phase to the column via the sample injection needle in the case of having the sample injection needle attached to the sample injection part and for supplying the mobile phase to the column via the first switching valve in the case of having the sample injection needle removed from the sample injection part are included.
