Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fuel cell catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof. The fuel cell catalyst can be used to manufacture a membrane electrode assembly having a catalyst layer of high density and high dispersion by solving the problem of aggregation of catalyst particles occurring during the formation of the catalyst layer, by using a catalyst including a polydopamine-coated support. In addition, the method for manufacturing the fuel cell catalyst does not require a solvent because the catalyst including the polydopamine-coated support, wherein from 0.1 to 1% of the hydroxy groups contained in catechol groups of the polydopamine are replaced by halide atoms, in solid phase are simply heat-treated by solid-to-solid dry synthesis which allows manufacturing of a fuel cell catalyst in a short time by eliminating the need for a washing process using a solvent and an extraction process for sampling after the synthesis.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell including a multi-layered electrolyte layer using a calendering process. The method for manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell is a continuous process, thus providing high productivity and maximizing facility investment and processing costs. In addition, the solid oxide fuel cell manufactured by the method includes an anode that is free of interfacial defects and has a uniform packing structure, thereby advantageously greatly improving the production yield and power density. In addition, the solid oxide fuel cell has excellent interfacial bonding strength between respective layers included therein, and includes a multi-layered electrolyte layer in which the secondary phase at the interface is suppressed and which has increased density, thereby advantageously providing excellent output characteristics and long-term stability even at an intermediate operating temperature.

The porous polymer actuator according to the present disclosure includes: a porous polymer separation membrane having pores; and a conductive polymer layer coated on one surface and in the pores of the porous polymer separation membrane, wherein the porous polymer actuator has a gradient wherein the amount of the conductive polymer coated in the pores decreases from the one surface of the porous polymer separation membrane toward the other surface.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for body fluid-based neurodegenerative disease diagnosis through high-sensitive immunoassay of aggregated proteins by photooxidation-induced amplification. The method according to the present disclosure provides an effect of quantitatively analyzing aggregated proteins in the form of oligomers or monomers which are present in trace amounts in a body fluid and measures normal or abnormal protein aggregation by detecting the aggregated proteins in the form of oligomers or monomers with high sensitivity by reaction of antibody-conjugated enzymes selectively bound to the aggregated proteins with substrates and photooxidation-induced amplification, thereby allowing accurate diagnosis of a neurodegenerative disease.
