Abstract: The following relates generally to diagnosing problems with websites. In some embodiments, a webpage interaction processor receives a list of potential user experience problems. The webpage interaction processor then extracts click data from the website, and processes the extracted click data into grams. Subsequently, an analytics engine is trained based on the processed click data. The trained analytics engine may then diagnose the problem of the website with a potential user experience problem from the received list of potential user experience problems. In some embodiments, the process is entirely automated.

Abstract: Systems and methods may analyze property telematics data, with homeowner permission or affirmative consent, to update risk-based coverage of a property, such as a house, during a short-term rental. The systems include a renter analytics computing device, a plurality of property telematics devices at the property, including at least one sensor, and a property telematics controller. The renter analytics computing device is configured to retrieve a pre-rental record including parameters of a short-term rental of the property, and retrieve property telematics data, from the property telematics devices, associated with the short-term rental. The renter analytics computing device may develop a risk level profile associated with the short-term rental and determine an adjusted coverage rate to cover the property during the short-term rental. As a result, a homeowner of the property may be protected against damages incurred to the property during the short-term rental.

In some embodiments, one or more processors: (1) receive, with an AI chatbot (or voice bot) of the one or more processors, an input statement; (2) determine, with the AI chatbot, from the received input statement, a type of insurance policy; (3) determine, with the AI chatbot, from the input statement, a question corresponding to the type of insurance policy; (4) determine, with the AI chatbot, an answer to the question by retrieving insurance information based upon (i) the type of insurance policy, and/or (ii) the question; and/or (5) present, via the AI chatbot, the answer to the question.

Abstract: A user analytics computing device for processing mobile device telematics data includes a processor in communication with a memory device. The processor is programmed to: (i) store a model to predict a travel mode for a user based upon historical telematics data, (ii) form a first group by assigning a user to the first group, (iii) receive telematics data associated with movement of the user, (iv) input the telematics data into the model to determine a travel mode of the user, (v) parse subsets of the telematics data based upon the determined travel modes, (vi) retrieve an eligibility condition defining eligibility to qualify for a user offering, (vii) aggregate one subset of the telematics data associated with the first travel mode of the user, (viii) determine that the group telematics data satisfies the eligibility condition, and (ix) cause a notification to be displayed on the mobile device of the user.

Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method detect and act upon deactivated vehicle components. The system and method include receiving measurements data associated with driving activity. The measurements data includes an indication that at least one feature of an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) of a vehicle has been deactivated for a driving activity. The system and method may include receiving historical driving data including a history of at least one driving activity aided by activation of the alert from the ADAS feature. The system and method may compare the measurements data to the historical driving data, determine a likelihood level that the feature of the ADAS would have provided the alert had the feature been activated based upon the comparing, and set, based at least upon the determining, at least a portion of an operator profile associated with an operator of the vehicle with the likelihood level.

Abstract: Methods and systems for maintaining a distributed ledger and/or blockchain of transactions and/or events pertaining to autonomous vehicles and/or smart contracts. An enforcement server may receive indications of transactions and/or events generated by one or more autonomous vehicles. The transactions and/or events may include information relating to a trigger condition and/or a decision condition associated with one or more smart contracts. The enforcement server may route the transaction to the appropriate smart contract to determine whether a trigger condition has been satisfied. When a trigger condition is satisfied, the enforcement server may automatically perform an action to enforce the smart contract and/or update the distributed ledger. In some aspects, the distributed ledger may record events associated with autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle technology or system usage, including events associated with transitioning between manual and autonomous control, or vice versa, of one or more autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicles.
